The vessel is currently located in New York, docked on one of the lawful stations (probably Trenton, if my memory serves right), the crew of the vessel is probably on said station as well, awaiting further orders.
Since the vessel is already ready for service, and has been in service for awhile, I thought perhaps it could be transfered into the First Fleet, for me to command.
