BNY-Whitehall has re-written the terms and conditions of signing a loan contract so that they are more flexible to potential customers. You may refer to post #1, but they have also been posted below for your convenience.

• The minimum loan you may apply for must be at least 200 Million Credits
  
• All loans must be repaid within the time-frame specified in the contract. For example, if a 200 Million Credit loan is given out for 5 days as specified in the contract, it should be repaid within 5 days, weekends included.
  
• All loans will be given out at 10% interest. To clarify, if you borrow 2 Billion Credits, you must repay 2.2 Billion Credits
  
• Failure to repay within the time limit specified in the contract (which is negotiable before the contract is signed), will result in an additional 3-5 days being given, but at 20% interest instead of 10%. To clarify, if you have borrowed 2 Billion Credits that you are supposed to pay back within 15 days, but 16 days pass before you have the money to pay back the loan, you must repay 2.4 Billion Credits
  
• Loan applications must be posted on this page/channel, however, loaning & financial contracts will be signed at the Marketplace sub-forum/channel as that ensures that aforementioned loans are legally binding & enforceable
  
• Loan conditions are open to negotiations before signing the loan contract, so long as it is justified (e.g. if the loan amount is huge and more time is needed to repay, for example)
  
• Failure to repay loans as defined by the terms of the contract, plus the extra 3-5 day grace period, will result in legal action

Dear Mr. Richer,

We have 600 million credits in capital to assist you with your entrepreneurial spirit but we cannot give you 4 weeks to repay such a small amount for a loan. There are plenty of trade routes and business venture ideas which can generate over 100 million credits per hour.

Therefore I would like to suggest that we give you 6 days from the day the loan signed and sent at 10% interest rate, with an additional 3 days given as a grace period with a 20% interest rate rather than 10% interest rate.

This means that if we were to send you the cash on the 18th of April, then you would have 6 days to repay it at a 10% interest rate therefore you would have from the 18th-24th of April to pay back 660 million credits. Between the 25th and 27th of April, you would have to pay back 720 million if you have not paid back the full amount by the 24th of April already.

Are these terms acceptable to you?

I understand your terms and i must say that 720 M in 6 days is to much for me, i can't produce that much in a day, i have a familly and not to manny possibilityes to fly that much.
