Keep in mind that things like "you are free to do whatever you enjoy doing" and "we aren't in need of more LN factions" are not mutually exclusive statements. Both are kinda true at the same time.

Because the former can't be and isn't taken literally or we can find an extreme and nullify it. It's "do whatever you want but apply common sense" which isn't so common in our community.

That just makes you look extremly desperate for stuff that does not rightfully belong to you, the captain, nor the 3rd fleet as a whole. As far as I know, there already is a 3rd Ship that has Bretonian Guns besides the Washington, so the only logical assumption I can make is that you took the guns off of that ? Or did you just powergame/metagame(I have no clue which one is the right term so I'll just state both right here) that you happend to "stumble upon them"? And even if that was the case, do you have authorisation to use foreign equipment by any of the two involved Houses?( In this case Bretonia and Liberty)

Other than this, I have only seen good stuff from you guys, and in my eyes the 3rd fleet is a good (unofficial) faction. Encounterwise, I only saw you very few times, so I can't say much about the ingame reflection of the faction.

Hi there.

In a way, yes, it is a little powergamey, but I feel that it's outweighed by the fact that the Navy would logically have surplus weapons, even from lend-lease. With stockpiles, even if they are small, an understandable amount of surplus turrets for warships would allow our ships to mount even our allies turrets.

In addition, minor restructuring is taking place due to RL interfering for some. I'll keep this in mind in the coming days, and see how we can improve.

I wanted to be able to have Bretonia in on the RP, several ships have them and to my knowledge didnt do any RP to get them. I tried to do it the right way but when they decided to deny it I chose option two. Liberty has Bretonian weapons so I rped myself "communicating" With Naval Shipyards to find me some. And the role play as you posted shows me doing that with Admiral Ferguson.

I can see how you dont like it, but Liberty has the means, and I took note and used that as an opportunity to get them.

The Liberty Primary fleet, aka [LN], should have some Bretonian guns stockpiled. If Bretonia has refused, ask them instead of creating the hardware out of thin air.

I've been informed by Kalh that the turrets were removed. If there's a way to amend any of the RP surrounding their acquisition, we'll see that it's fixed.
