Life is full of surprise and Shorty was not really a wanted one for his biological parents. Eddy was really a small offspring and doctors didn't gave much change of survival and if he ever did might had needed special cares all his life. It's was enough for his mother to give him to adoption. Unfortunatly, he spent all his childhood into an orphanage on planet Los Angeles.
At the age of 13, Edwards started to turn bad. Bullyed due to his small size, he started hanging with a small gang of rebellous teenagers for some protection and soon got himself into troubles. Getting caught for stealing, assault and battery and refusal to comply to police officer, he was sentenced to go military college until his majority. Those events we're a blessing for this kid. He found the father figure and brotherhood he always wanted at the Houston military college. The commanding officer of the academy, the Commander A. Watson Sr, who was serving his last posting, took this troubled kid under his wing.
Stevenson, following his studying at the college, decided, under the advice of his mentor, to join the Liberty's navy. He soon find that that his bold attitude and discipline could help him out. He finally got accepted to West Point Academy. While not being the best pilot out there, he proven to have a natural leadership that. That skill was important for the progression of his career. Edwards graduated in late 824 and was sent to serve at Corpus Christi naval Base on planet Houston.
Few months ago, a new commanding officer showed up at Corpus; the son of his Mentor, the Captain Adam Watson Jr. who recently took hiatus from the 5th fleet to replace the commanding officer of the base. Stevenson served under Watson's orders as second in command in the testing of the newly commissionned Defiant Class Gunboat The Quebec. Alot of people saw this "privilege" as a conflict of interests. The week aboard the ship, serving with a crew that was issue from the main fleet had a deep impact.
Today, he decided to send his application to the 5th fleet and hope his skills will be enough to join the main fleet and fight for the republic.
What's your motivation for joining our fleet?:
In this time of war, pilots for all the republic are needed. Some do it for the glory but some, like Stevenson, doing it because they feel its their duties to defend their home and those left behind.

The rush of battle is a potent and almost lethal addiction, for war is a drug.
Typical life on Planet Denver. Went to West Point when I was old enough. Met James from Radford there during my first year of service. He pulled me into his squad. I had joined up with the Battlegroup Harmony in its early times, long before they seperated from the Navy. I stayed with them for a while after the betrayal. Could not trust them so I left again. Ended up as mercenary in the Omegas and Omicrons. Maybe getting back into the Navy allows me pardon from Liberty.
Have an insight into my old recordings.

Mister Moose was allocated to us after having served as Patrol escort on the Battleship James and the Missouri with bravura in 815. He was assigned to the Delta-2 Security Wing, which mainly operated in and around the Minnesota System. He was honoured for his actions against intruders and got promoted to the rank of Lieuntenant and Wing Leader in the year 818 A.S. .
As member of one of the Radford Wings he passed a strict safety check and therefore is bound to keep secrecy about any information of value. Therefore I advise you to not ask him about his time at Radford. As his supervisor you have the right to do so and he would anwser your questions without doubt, but as you may or may not know, Radford's security standard is beyond the one of every other Navy installation, including Willard.
But I can guarantee that he will be an enrichment for your forces, Miss Knight.

What's your motivation for joining our fleet?: I saw the Battlegroup Harmony from within. I know how their command chain worked like two years ago. I saw things on both sides I did not believe to be true. I took my time out from this. It is about time to return and restore my honor by serving my home once again.

IRP Name: Ignacio Rivera Age: 21 Height: 5'4'' Weight: 131 lbs. Biography: Forgive me if I'm enthusiastic. I'm a young one, came into this world a couple years after the turn of the century. Dad is a cobalt miner for BMM and mom's a silver miner for DSE. I didn't live with them much, but the times I did were fairly neat. I've always been fascinated with space, wanted to get my license as early as I could, so I took classes with my mother when she was working out for a mining position. I got the hang of it pretty quickly, which seemed to impress the instructors, I think due to my height. Tried out for the Navy's piloting programs at West Point, enlisted a few months later. I've lived in Liberty for about 18 years of my life, and I've loved every part of it. The Navy folks I met always seemed like they enjoyed the work, and the neat vids of deflecting pirate attacks made me want to take a part. I graduated a few months ago, and now I'm just awaiting my next assignment.
What's your motivation for joining our fleet?: Well, it's either the Fifth Fleet, or the First. Fifth Fleet seemed more energetic, which I like, and always seemed to get the job done.. at least, from where I heard of it.
OORP What kind of experience do you have on Discovery?: Good.
IRP Name: Jace Tallen Age: 26 Height: 182cm Weight: 82kg Language: English, German Biography: I was born on Planet Stuttgart in Rheinland in early 799AS, but was raised on Manhattan as my parents were employees of the IC Stuttgart-Office who where transferred over here to Liberty in early 800AS.
While I had a pretty normal youth, the tensions with Rheinland that eventually turned into war have been quite problematic to me, being a person of Rheinlandish origin. People were sometimes quite... suspicious of me. Still, I decided to join the Liberty Navy as I do not feel connected to Rheinland in any way, and I see Liberty as my homeland. Notheless, the Navy recruiters/officials were a bit wary of me, and instead of sending me to the frontlines they tasked me with guarding the Stations in Alaska.
So basically for the last few years I have been a prison guard and in some sense also a prisoner. It was only after the war ended and the treat of Gallia reached our borders that I left Alaska on duty for some short time.
What's your motivation for joining our fleet?: There is only the choice between the First and the 5th. After reading myself through the info on both I think the 5th suits me more.
OORP What kind of experience do you have on Discovery?: Mostly trading and PvE. I admit having virtually no experience at PvP. I can handle the RP part I think. Your SKYPE or DISCORD ID: Discord: Jens MasterTWX#7884 (Teamworks)
