This isn't a bug, this is to prevent abuse of the ID.. Ex: Someone with a Kempetai ID coming into Liberty or other systems and shooting people with a very overpowered ship.

Read the bug report again, slowly, and after digesting the information in it, tell us how is the Kempeitai the only ID capable of such abuse in their zone of influence (which goes only as far as Kepler and Galileo for the Liberty matter).

The IDs line reads:

Meaning that if an EFL transport defended itself when attacked by BAF, BPA or even Ageira the EFL player would be breaking server rules and could be sanctioned.

The Camera Ship cannot Turret Zoom. I was told that this should not be, and yet the Turret View is stuck at maximum zoom-out distance.

Can we also allow it to zoom in close enough to see fighters in detail? Thanks much!

The Ragnar freighter can mount Battlecruiser turrets.
I tried several times in the Oder Shipyard and it let me select and mount Battlecruiser turrets to this ship.
Needless to say i didnt complete the transaction as i didnt want to waste my credits when an admin made me remove them. Wink

Not a bug, battlecruiser turrets are so inefficient that it's not worth mounting them while vice-versa is pointless because of low damage. Besides, there's a plugin that prevents you from undocking as far as I know.
