We would be more than happy to help you build your faction. A small fee will have to be agreed upon but i'm sure we can come to an amicable decision.

Please know, the Angels are neutral to everyone and would like to keep it that way. If CUFF is involved in a war in the near future, all recruiting would have to stop. I understand you are to be neutral to all other factions for some time, so this should not be a problem. Please advise your pilots that we do not take kindly to being fired upon whilst doing a transfer or helping them out in any way. [OOC: I say this because the former CUFF would do just that. Yes, there are a few of us who are biased but you are here to change that :) ]

We can discuss this further at your earliest convenience on Manhattan. I'll be in the bar waiting for your reply. I'll go ahead and get the papers together so we can streamline the process.

A very interresting person may I add, well educated in the ways of the runes and with excellent manners of the old.
