Can't say that they have Military IFF if there isn't one. That law does not apply in this case.

There is no more "Military" IFF. It is now simply the Crayter Republic IFF.

So, are you saying that Crayter Civilian ships just fall under Military simply because they have a combined IFF? This is a transport, not a warship.

The difference is the Crayter Military now operates under the Crayter Republic IFF, which means, it's the military IFF.

If the Liberty Navy was renamed the 'Liberty Republic' it would still be the military.

EDIT: An even greater example would be merging all of Liberty's Corporations into one group, and then shoving them into this 'Republic'.

I'm sure you guys would love to argue that this makes it the Navy instead. Don't have civilians and the military under the same IFF if you don't want this sort of issue.

Hey, its the past calling, what if I told you that CR has operated under the Republic IFF for a very long time before this IFF-split happened (which we never wanted nor agreed to)? It also had a MIlitary IFF for all ships for nearly as long. And there were no issues because people apparently were able to apply common sense and treat ships according to their ingame tags and ingame behaviour.
Honestly, this whole 'you are Military and I rob or kill you' thing just looks like a giant pile of 'We are bored and have nothing to shoot, so lets come up with stupid excuses to get our fix of blue messages'.

Navies, Republics, Socialist or Communist Constructs, Armed Forces, Militaries, Legions, Empires, and oddities with military capabilities can be treated as foreign militaries. CR itself has been treated in the past as a foreign military in Liberty before, this should be nothing new.

Are you making a joke? Are you being sarcastic and making fun of the =LSF= players involved?

Or are you actually seriously saying that because a republic has military capacity, everyone from that nation gets treated as military? Would you apply that logic to Rheinlanders in Liberty or to Libertonians in Rheinland? I guess I better watch out to not be treated like a military invader when going to France next time too, because Germany is a republic and has a military.

Neither does Saronsen's attempt to re-interpret the Republic IFF as a military IFF when it was specifically changed to not be military anymore.

Nor does the LSF preferring to blow up a ship rather than IRP taking it into custody. A ship of a nation that fights alongside them against Gallia, no less.

Looking as to who was creating previous incidents, who is trying to justify this nonsense here, and the total absence of logic in the IRP actions, Iets stop pretending that this is not motivated by OORP grudges and agendas.

Who is =LSF=Grosse.lle?
Who is =LSF=Ft.Campbell?
What members of LibGov lobbied for CR transports being pirated/shot in liberty because the IFF was made military by devs (without asking for CR's opinion)?
