You're free to keep wrongly interpretting my badly worded post.

In this state, I dont see bombers worth playing anymore. If I want to kill caps, I guess I'll just play caps myself, which I dont enjoy nearly as much.
Overall, it's a change that will make me play my (now former) favorite ship class a LOT less.

Ye ye. I always thought, for why we take bombers in group fights. OOOOH I NEVER KNEW THAT FOR KILL SNUBS.

Damn are you joking? Actually nova-swarm from 2-3 bomber much more easy to kill BS or BCr than involve caps with same tonnage. Bombers can easy switch their vector of fire inside fight, effectively harrasing enemy, while caps cannot change their position so easy.

I honestly very rarely had situation when i realy needed fight other snubs on bombers, and this situation showed that something (like snub cover) goes to south.

And not saying about 15% of SNAC its still ~19.8k of damage, so 2-3 SNAC bombers in group fight still will find ways to harrass other snubs. But yeee pooor bombers, so not worth to play. 2 Full equipped heavy bmbrs which can deal with BCr or BS = 120kk maximum. Can be easy placed on any base everywhere in key places of your ZOI by it cost. Cruiser or BCr to do same thing - from 400kk to 1kk, + cost of JD on BCr to make it fast deployable.

The server is very low on population... I DONT KNOW why we think about nerfing. What's the point ? Ruining the last point of fun in this game ? Im starting to think that some people want this server to die(it will eventually happen but lets not shorten the time). Rather than thinking to bring something cool and nice we just nerf the crap outta something untill it becomes useless. I hope this will be the last nerf EVER made.

Generally, I would welcome SNAC update in only one way: making bombers as a real bomber.

What we have currently? If I am not mistaken, SNAC has no nerf against Battleship only. So, that means, it isn't effective against other classes and bomber now is extremely weak to snubs, gunboats without any method to resist them. All of us can't deny fact that bombers have no covers in group fight/fleet battles and still not decently strong to beat battleships.

If we do remove self-defence weaponry and changing bombers to easy target for others (btw, as people above said, SNAC trowing required a lot of skill to fly and aim), then make a thing that could bomb capitals and installations more effective than we know.

In other case, I diswelcome this SNAC implemantation.

Yeah. Additionally, bombers could have their anti-cap weaponry buffed by 50%-100% in DPS to make them more dangerous to capital ships, compensating for their now-lost self-defense capability. I think it would encourage fleet compositions to treasure their bombers more, and make snub groupfights a tidy bit more interesting.

This is incorrect. It has a nerf against fighters-freighters-bombers. That is it.

+1, it makes it sound like SNAC has been made useless against anything but Battleships, while in reality the gun has only been stripped of it's ability to instakill snubs and freighters.

My opinion of SNAC nerf ?
Just as every reacent good decision, it arived few YEARS to late !
Better late then never ?
