Yes, some people aren't good at typing capitalization/punctuation while flying around, which is unfortunate and I sometimes find bothersome... But there are quite a few good RPers on the server like that, and it's pretty accepted.
QCP don't lolwut, though we are sometimes, er, 'silly', and always remain in-RP. Always. I don't remember any of us ever going OORP, and if you see it send a screenshot to Blunt and he'll probably beat someone.
