OK, so this:

is supposed to be an animated GIF. Instead, it just saved the last frame of my animation (what you see above) and made it a static GIF. Did I save it wrong? What happened?

To save it you saved it as optimized? I don't think I follow...

In image ready it gives you the option to "save as optimized" instead of "save as", you need to save as optimized for the animation to work.;)

Ohhhh, you used Imageready. I've got Photoshop and Illustrator CS3, so I have to use the built-in features of Photoshop. I'm not sure if Photoshop gives me those options.
