To continue my previous post, if people disslike it they should not partake. I can't choose something other and hope that everyone will like it.

Again, FP11 was always gathering activity and I do not see issue here. The Commune doesen't has any other thing to nuke at the moment, as we already tried second thing that was a interest to us. Who knows, after this ends, we might get onto something other.

And yes, if the zoners want, they have all they need to FR5 Commune. Up to them, really. But will they? The whole aspect of the Freeports Administration as @Chrysalis mentioned is something that is core to their rp.
