Interestingly, that applies to all freeports, and can be used as an excuse to hunt zoners by at least three other factions in the Omicrons and many others elsewhere. But that's how freeports work, they provide neutral grounds in space where many gather in relative peace who would otherwise hunt and murder eachother. It seems not everyone can appreciate or tolerate such, but if no one would, Zoners would have gone extinct ages ago.

That's a false equivalence. You have to take things into context, and the context of FP11's existence on the doorway of nomad worlds, with its active and overt anti-nomad agenda, and our limited power projection makes it a priority target. Other Freeports are neither as important or convenient.
