In a desperate need for supplies and materials, the Gaian Guard has decided to venture beyond minor acts of piracy. They have set their eyes on something far more valuable; a seemingly defenseless base owned by Interspace Commerce that has recently been erected in Omega-3, filled with assorted goods and materials and equipment. A successful operation would make sure that Gaian facilities are able to run at maximum efficiency for several weeks. As the reports showed no immediate threat for Gaian forces present in Omega-3, they have commenced the assault. As soon the first torpedo has struck the base, a distress signal has been sent and The Core patrol was first to respond. In order to buy time for their assault force, Gaians have decided to send a fighter wing on intercepting course.
