I am currently co-leading a team on a routine mission that consist in surveying and remapping different anomalies throughout the Sigmas, Omegas and Omicrons to provide accurate star charts for the business partners of Freeport 9. This is a pretty uneventful work and my team and I often spend days staring at the emptiness of space.

This sparkled interest in my scientific mind, as I believe these glyphs could perhaps hold answers to what the universe could have looked like eons ago. This is indeed my field of expertise. The study of the universe. We also consider this endeavor a process of building trust and cooperation between AP Manufacturing and our science team.

Whatever these symbols might hide, we would be inclined to help decipher them in the downtime we usually have aboard the Boone. I know the Core, and I know they wouldn't let outsiders get access to sensitive matters, so I am guessing that there is *she emphasizes on the word* way more than you are letting us know.
You have to understand, however, that our survey work comes first, and there could be several days without progress on the data decryption.

As you mentioned, there could be sensitive information in these files, hence the need for the legal contract. I highly doubt any one file will contain major findings, but together, collectively, these texts might tell us what happened on the planet millenia ago.
