The pilot carrying this quasi-lawful ID is a member of the White Shipping Company who:
-Can attack any ship in self-defense or to protect an friendly or allied ship.
-Can attack ships belonging to houses or organisations considered hostile by Bretonia.
-Can fulfill any escort contracts.
-Cannot participate in unlawful actions.
-Can use ships above 3600 cargo

I can actually remember your last attempt into officialdom and I can say, that nothing actually changed. You need more presence on forums, you need something to make you unique. I will list all matters below:
1) I can't understand why do you even need an officialdom, only for the sake of using 5k transports and shooting gauls? Both can be obtained via switching to Bretonia trading ID (Gateway, BMM) and it would fit your lore as well.
2) I can't understand why do you want to have a "quasi-lawful" status with such strong ties with the Bretonia.
3) Where is a background for your good relations with the Ageira and Gateway?
4) You are suffering from the lack of Forum RP, as it was during your first attempt.
5) We actually have a faction with pretty similar ideas in mind ([FL-ER]), why do we need something so similar? Try to be unique.
And my personal experience - during the last event in NL, when you were removed from the event, because gank against GRN was too hard, you started to cry in a system chat. Behaving is very important for official faction both in inRP and ooRP terms.

Well we got RP in game, we will start forum rp soon well we dont want to use any of Bretonia ID's we want Freelancer we are not similiar to other factions wr are not like others they are other story, well i dont look to gank someone we fight for Bretonia and nobody cry wewas just too strong for them nobody cry!! For your contracts board to not be against the server rules you need an official faction to sponsor you or you need to be an official faction yourself.
6. All blanket bounties must identify a target and set a total amount to be paid out, or a set expiration date. Blanket bounties may only be issued by official factions, or by others so long as it is sponsored by an official faction. Out-of-roleplay sponsorships will not be valid. An official faction can only sponsor one unofficial group blanket bounty at a time.

Mate just to clarify you something..... No war have been ever fair and no war would ever be fair, second gank is not forbbiden by any rule. And complains in open chat happen because the event regulation was changed in the middle of the fight which is not fair toward others players since we were RP hired in game in front of the admin. Gallia lost anyway so we are happy.
Second fact you keep talking about FLER being unique etc. You cant judge that right now cuz you dont even know what we actually have in mind. You see my friend this faction with or without the officialdom will become a faction which you will remember very well.

you are more than right about that ... Bounty board was created yesterday evening while I was a sleep so i havent had time to check everything.
About the cargo I dont even know what to say since I havent been in touch with leader for today since both of us are at work atm. I suppose he wanted to leave this blank to admins to decide how much cargo we might be able to transport (still not sure)

Well i didnt know you need to have sponsor for bounty board so i will talk with admins about that, and i have fixed MRG is deleted so only characters, and about cargo i see a lot of factions who post for official put "Can use ships above 3.600 cargo" and nobody tells them anything, so thanks for reply i appriciate that!!!

I haven't seen that. The last Freelancer IDed faction that got 4300 cargo was NO, and they actually worked hard to get it. Your faction so far did absolutely nothing to warrant having it.
