Reason for Request: A Churchill that was disabled in the defence of Southampton has been repurposed and sent to O49 to assist the Stirling pacifying the system. Request it be added to the Battlegroup and temporarily removed from New London. She was formally named the Mansfield, and I haven't seen fit to change this.

Reason for Request: The Orion is heavily damaged in a recent fight, and lost most of it's crew, among with the entire command staff. While she's undergoing repairs at fort Winchester, there's no avaiable commanding officer who has actual field experience. While I'm aware that command of such a ship is usually given to higher ranking officers, I still request command until a more experienced captain can be found.
