Guten Tag Kollegen und Kolleginnen,
Today is an exciting day for the whole Daumann Heavy Construction family! No doubt many of you have heard rumours on the great company grape vine - let me assure you all that Jacob von Torentz' claims we are building a 700 storey cathouse on New Berlin is entirely false - and have all wondered what the next big step will be. Today, after months of client negotiations and extensive planning, it is both my pleasure and my honor to be able to inform you all of our plans.
Beginning today, meine lieben Kollegen, Daumann enters the first stage of the "Grossbauplan 826"; just a few hours ago we broke ground on our newest wharf and shipyard facility in Neu Berlin. Named in honour of our founding history, "Die Alexanderwerft" represents a great undertaking to provide Daumann with extended shipyard facilities and an extensive manufacturing complex, and I have no doubt will be the stepping stone into the next chapter of our venerable corporation. Exciting times for all of us, indeed!
The Project "Grossbauplan 826 - A" will proceed in 5 Phases. The details for each Phase will be made available to authorized Piloten as each Phase is completed.

Update Report:
With the completion of Phase V deliveries and construction of the selected Projekt Rheinex - Direktive A-M modules completed, all further maintenance deliveries should be logged. This completes Element 1 and Element 2 of the Grossbauplan 826. Element 3 is scheduled to begin immediately, in accordance with the directives of the Grossbauplan 826 - Section 2 - Element 1.

In addition to the commodities listed below in each Phase of the Projektplan Alexanderwerft, the facility will require daily shipments of essential commodities that will allow the base crew to work safely and efficiently in building, extending and maintaining the essential structure and systems of the build-site.
As per Daumann's long established Standard Operating Procedure, all captains should take care to capture time-stamped data from their black boxes, and make full delivery reports for all commodities delivered, according to the template laid out below.

Several incidents with a purported offizier of the Buro des Marinenachrichtendienst, who was levying fines on behalf of the Direktor, against shipping vessels. In one encounter the Polizei put a stop to his illegal nonsense, though we were forced to pay a fine during a second encounter. The Board of Direktors has already begun applying pressure to the State Authorities to deal with the Buro's dangerous presumption that they can survive without the help of our company.

One repeated encounter with a Corsair was of note; although no losses were encountered, it seems that they have decided that Daumann is "not a priority target", providing they are not in the process of transporting Ores. It seems we should monitor this situation closely, and exploit it for whatever economic gain we can while it lasts.
