Also, I am not sure if the ruling regarding this changed, but I recall reading when the SciData commodity was introduced, that trying to have it get included into either your laws or ID lines could get your reprimanded by the staff in some bad ways due to its value and restricted means of gaining it. I would advice scrapping that line from your ID as it would also cause some bad blood between you and other players.

Other than that the writeup looks interesting and I wish you good luck on your officialdom request.

I'm unaware of possibilities to get reprimaded by it, it seemed like a legitimate ID line for us.

I will try to be maximally neutral here. In all RP posts you attached there was no restriction put on Medusa, rather opposite you were negotiating. She also publicly didn't claim her actions against Malta from a quick glance I've got.

It's also possible for characters to change affiliations, personal traits and so on, as they are actually dynamic.

Also, as has been pointed in another thread, concept of guard systems, stations and factions was completely removed and it was removed for good.

Let's be honest, you've f*cked up on this encounter and there is barely no justification from whatever side you try to look at it. The best you can do is actually take this feedback into account and try to not do the same mistakes in future, then you will have a chance to get official status.

Also, I'm a bit disappointed with way you take feedback people leave here. Probably you just really need to reconsider some stuff.

Apart from that, I wish you a good luck in round two. I believe you will make it.

Did Medusa RP joining Outcasts again? This is a RP server right?

Who is at fault?

Is it IRMM which knows inRP that Medusa is a Liberty Rogue and had enough talks with her to know she's plotting something against Malta.

What is truth though is that the Liberty Rogues, the Lane Hackers, the Golden Chrysanthemums and the Junkers are the forces running two major houses and are reaching far beyond that. Perhaps it is time we are presenting Malta's people the insight that we are running the show. That they are mere suppliers who should appreciate with awe what we are doing for them. Because I am saying with all honesty and my most sincere beliefs that we are the big players and that we are making the rules.

Why would anyone after being CDed run away and not try to RP and ask why it happened?

From our point of view this was highly suspicious and the undoubtfull justification was there.

If this is okay, then we can start flying both Outcast and Order faction with 0 RP backing up the reason. I'm looking forward for RP 24/7

You've been asked over PM that if you're willing to take up a 1v1, probably twice.

Once, but I will admit you did. I did say 'We'll see', and then we didn't. I wasn't in the mood and I had other things to do.

yet instead of pming us about this offer you nearly always bailed out.

That's because out of the three times that I can remember interacting with your faction, twice I have been piled on.
FP10 - That loooong argument that saw you actually respect an NFZ for once.
Tau-23 - That saw you cruising up on a Storta with a Ransuer.
Tau-37 - That saw you 2 v 1 me next to the Tau JH.

I won't ever complain about genuine PvP encounters. If it's a fair fight, then I've learned to suck it up and admit that I'm not as good as the competition.
But when you blatantly put the odds in your favor, then don't come crying to me when I decide that flying into your little meme ganksquad wouldn't be as good a use of my time as contributing to areas where I actually get legitimate interactions.

Yet we never complained about this reality in your feedback and hoped you'd perhaps respond to the offer.

That's probably because complaining that I didn't let you pile on me would be seen as a bit of a dick move.
