I know that there are good BS-Heavy (Class 8) Turrets for the fight aganinst PoB's and in Missions where you have to destroy a base.
Are that the Siege-Turrets or what are the best (Codename-) BS-Turrets for that?

Siege turrets are for pobs yes.
I've never encountered a station in a mission, that I couldn't take out with a fighter.
