Sun smiles at Mary's warm attitude, it's a break from most of the coldness out in Sirius. She watches the kettle briefly as it boils, pouring out two cups of Tea in handle-less Kusari cups offering one out to Mary "We fight through hardships, endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines for us Buddhists but it is to the one who endures that the final victory comes. It is why I can face suffering with kindness and patience. I shall never falter in that belief" Sun says with a warm smile, drinking some of her Green Tea "Perseverance enables us to continue in this life, even when it feels hopeless. It makes it possible to face difficulties and obstacles with confidence and courage, rather than giving up because it feels too hard. Self-discipline helps us stand and not run away from our problems."

Sun sips noting that Mary is sipping at the same time "I have many friends as well, some visit my Freeport but not many have stepped in these walls. I think only one other came to this Temple, and the garden" she says thinking back on the previous visitor briefly before continuing to talk in her graceful way "Is there anything you wish to talk about? That you need my advice and help with?"

Sun watches and observes her emotions carefully, she continues her graceful smile and speaks "I feel this place, is imposing. I never impose my religion on others, and to come to a religious place is a large step for some. I am not disappointed by this, it's just another curiosity for me." Sun sips more of her Tea, looking around at the garden briefly "It is a beautiful place." she says taking a breath.

Sun responds with a reassuring tone towards Mary "People have lost so much recently, a spiral of sadness follows them they cannot come out of that spiral and find happiness for themselves. Happiness comes from your own actions, love and compassion are part of those actions." she pauses remembering something in her past "The idea that some lives matter less is the root of all that's wrong with the world, in my opinion" Sun says with melancholy

Mary sighed, being aware of what Sun was saying and starting to be curious about the melancholy of her. Suspecting, indeed, that a similar topic could make Sun sad in the case she could have some bad recall, Mary put gently one of her hands on a Sun's shoulder: <<A life that matter less than others doesn't exist. That's scientifically proven.>>.

Sun looks at the hand with a small smile "I am fine child, and you are right" she smiles broadly at Mary nodding towards her "We all have our inner sadness, parts of us that shall always live with us, forgiven but not forgotten. Everyone here in this temple is on a journey of self-forgiveness, a path of letting go. Including me, I am still on the path and I shall remain until I pass on from this plane." Sun takes a breath loooking over at Mary.

Retreating the hand at her original place Mary didn't know what to say. It seemed Sun had the same identical opinion of Mary about the world in general. The only thing they were different was only the culture they praticise that at last had the same ends with different means. Trying to change topic, she tried to do a small question that feared her, because suspecting that this could discomfort her friend: <<And what was your… inner sadness?>>.
