Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter CEO Mayer. My name is Christiane Laurich and I am kommissar of the administrative department of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.
To obtain the license for the transportation of the Azurite Gas in Rheinland, you need to get the recommendation of trustworthiness, which can be issued by Rheinland law enforcement organizations - RFP| or [RM] or BDM|, as you can see in the list in the registration form.
If you want to obtain it from the Bundespolizei, you will have to provide more information. For example what will be the Azurite gas used for at its destination or what route you plan to fly through the Rheinland territory. Also, what security and transportation safety measures will be used during the transit, including how transport ships will be equipped when it comes to weaponry and armour, or if they will fly with an escort and if that will be the case, what sort of escort it will be when it comes to numbers and ship classes.
The more detailed information you will provide, the better.
We have 3 routes open to Republican Shipping. All routes pass through New Berlin. From there we can go through Omega-7, Cologne into Gallia, and Through Texas into Liberty. We plan to use the routes randomly, and to fly in convoy with other random commodities so that if needed, we can send the right vessels undetected.
Security related, we will have Republican Shipping escort with us. We have our gunboats and fighters flying with and ahead. The slightest hint of trouble, RS will deviate from the route to get the unwanted off our scent so to speak. If need be, dock at the nearest lawful base until the situation clears. We have done test runs with this with our other cargo, and has been effective.
Alternatively, we do have storage facilities on route. (Harrismith in Omicron Rho, and Duisburg in New Berlin, Freeport X in Omega-3) Facilities at Duisburg, is Highly Classified and has restricted access. These can be used as temporary storage or stop points for the vessels until they are cleared to move to destination. If/when the situation with Kusari improves, then we have an alternative route.
Vessels to be used can be the Colossus or the Uruz depending on the level of security needed.
We have planned this for some time, and done test runs to see what threats we may experience on the way. We have tested response times of Rheinwehr, our own security division, contracted escorts, and possibility of unlawfuls on route.

Your application was examined and the Bundespolizei decided to grant your corporation one year restricted cargo license for the transportation of the Azurite Gas under these conditions:
Every transport ship carrying the Azurite Gas will be equipped with at least basic armour upgrade (formerly known as Armor Upgrade Mark 8) and accompanied with at least one fighter, bomber or gunboat class escort or scout ship all the time during transit through the Rheinland territory. Ships with mentioned cargo can fly through systems Sigma-15, Frankfurt, New Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Cologne, Omega-7 and Rheinland zone in Hudson. Cargo may not be handed over to anyone else except for the Rheinland law enforcement authorities and another <RS> ship or employees under any circumstances.
This is a request for the review of RFP Decisions about excessive restrictions on Azurite Gas transportation for USI.
Universal Shipping boasts centuries of tradition on shipping and we specialize specifically in the transportation of high-value, high-risk cargo. In the absolute majority of our convoys, we enforce the Interspace Commerce shipping regulations.
That is why transports involved in this have received extra safety control systems, standardized the purifying process of the containers from microorganisms, as well as reinforced the structural integrity of the cargo storage. As an extra safety measure our transport captains have strict orders to not unload their cargo to any station within Rheinland.
Finally, passing our convoys passing through Rheinland will provide opportunity for several business owners who are involved in the following services: Fueling, insurance, toll fees, mechanics, local security escorts. These benefits are currently exploited by the Kusarians considering we are forced to take a detour through their territories since their regulations on Azurite Gas are far more relaxed.
Your appeal has been examined and is accepted. Universal Shipping Incorporated is now licensed to transport Azurite Gas on the condition to not unload the cargo anywhere within Rheinland.

Reasons why this license is needed/requested: With the invasion of House Kusari into Gallia, our forces are under increased pressure as are our production and repair facilities. Our production is currently meeting demand however the board feels as though having a supply of serviceable military grade hull panels and other miscellaneous non-restricted military grade equipment available would be of great benefit to us and the Confederacy's campaign against the invaders.
I understand a trustworthy company exists within the Bering system that would be able to sort any restricted technology from the mundane salvage that we require, I have yet to contact them on a formal level but that would be the next stage after attaining a license.

We only deal with legal installations that have fully aquired all licenses needed for any and all upgrades they perform, we would simply request this license so that we may continue to supply them safely and while remaining ourselves legal at all times
