• Pirate technology is restricted as before but we made it more clear that it applies to all and not just Z-line.
• Due to war with Gallia over, entry to Liberty by allied nations is no longer valid without proper approval via proper channels.

We have introduced the following law changes (827-04-22):
• Hacking was added as non-violent crime.
• Obstructing course of justice moved to non-violent crime.
• Restricted Zones moved to non-violent crime as Trespassing.
• Embargo list was moved from Wartime section to non-violent crime.
• Known Criminals renamed to Known Hostiles, and duplicate list of restricted technology from hostiles substituted with appropriate notice.

• Assault definition updated. (Example)
• Modular Base License laws condensed. Owners are still required to abide all of Liberty laws. (Example)
• Kansas added to embargo list. No cargo can be transported into systems under embargo, except various forms of passengers. (Example)
