Following up the tranmission intercepted earlier today, I made contact with the Kusari vessel, call-sign Wushu, and we received this transmission on secure channels

Greetings..
I must appologise for the encryption of this communication, After leaving the Tau 31 system I have been dogged by several Kusari scouts seeking the hardware I salvaged from an abandoned heavy Dragon class fighter. I managed to shake them eventually by transporting to one of the abandonded Dragons, Taking the salvaged hardware with me, I avoided detection only by using my self support life system what is standard in all EES clothing. Close to the end of my oxygen supply I managed to reverse engineer the old dragon class back to shape and slowly manuver out of the mine field.

Avoiding detection from the Bretonian Military I slipped through bretonian space To arrive in the New London sytem a Short time ago...I am currently drifting in sector A-3 trying to rewire this kusari heavy fighter, I await your communication

We rendezvoused as per your instructions. The individual was quite nervous. I ordered a medic to run a check on him and while he did demonstrate some signs of rad poisoning, the IOD treatement administered should be enough. The item is certainly of interest so I offered to purchase it immediately. Many signs of Rheinland tech originally, but heavily modified in a Samura or Kishiro lab. It is in the armoury now. We transferred creds via the usual channel to the individual providing the object, and I notified our contact at the checkpoint to look elsewhere as he left Bretonian space. A Molly patrol must have been tracking him, as they attempted to retrieve the object for themselves. A fighter strike force took care of them and they are not a cause for concern.

Conducting interviews today. Most of the applicants seem like worthless scum, but a few show potential. Processing his license at the moment. Agent S/D-Bobafett is now on the roster. I kitted him out with laser cannons from the armoury. I've placed an order for an armour upgrade on his ship, but we'll see how he goes for now in the simulator.

The Doghouse will be shut down for repairs for a week. Feral, Stix and Alpha are on leave.

The Handbook has been updated with the Core directives:

Core agents are directed to only:

1. Map and compile as much information as possible on the Omicron systems, bases, defense capabilites.
2. Establish a possible location for a Core base.
3. Gain intel on Order vessels, weapons and modus operandi.
4. Destroy on sight any Order vessel or ANY ship behaving in a hostile manner.
5. Collect specimens of alien organisms, Nomad lifeforms and technology and deliver them to the Cambridge Research Facility. Previously uncollected specimens must be delivered to the containment facility on the Doghouse.
6. Respect at all the times the neutrality of Zoner vessels and stations and power down weapons within 3k of zoner bases.
7. Avoid coming within 4k of Planet Toledo UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
8. Maintain radio silence at all times when in the vicinity of hostile vessels.
9. Not deviate from these directives in the pursuit of bounty contracts unless engaged in a hostile manner.

Stix is at present the Agency's sole Core agent and is to report to Core HQ at Omega 56.

S/D-Bobafett has completed training and is promoted to Operative. Congratulations. Your salary bonus of 5 million credits is being processed. Additionally you may now pilot a second vessel up to bomber size from the fleet. As you currently are deployed with a bomber I suggest a Manta or Hammerhead fighter. You'll need it for your new assignment which should certainly give you some serious combat experience.

Note to Liberty Zone Operatives: Expect a lot of dogfights - the LPI is offering reasonable fees to help deal with the pirate problem. Read their notice carefully.

The following has been added to the handbook. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Zone of Influence


The Guild is in the curious position of having a zone of influence that extends throughout Sirius. This leads many to the incorrect assumption that we are an international police force. This is hardly the case: bounty hunters have varying levels of authority in their duties with regard to their targets, depending on the jurisdictions in which they operate. State legal requirements are often imposed on out-of-state bounty hunters, meaning a suspect could temporarily escape re-arrest by entering a state in which the bounty hunter has limited or no jurisdiction.

To reflect this, agents are assigned to separate operational zones.

ANY AGENT DEVIATING FROM AN ASSIGNED OPERATIONAL ZONE WILL HAVE HIS LICENSE REVOKED.
Agents will receive ONE warning the first time. A second violation will mean expulsion from the faction.

Requests for transfers will only be considered if there is persuasive justification given.

LIBERTY ZONE: Liberty space and surrounding border systems: New York, Texas, Bering, Hudson, California, Cortez, Ontario, Magellan, Colorado, Galileo, Kepler.
Docking rights granted at any lawful police, military or civilian planet, station or battleship.
Activities: escort duties; fulfilling bounties and contracts of Liberty lawful police, military and corporations; any available special contracts; interdicting contraband (Agency bonus for disrupting the slave trade still stands)

Id also like to note this was my first kill. nailed him with a super nova.Which apparently kills bombers in one hit. Its unfortunate that its so slow. Also anyone else find it odd that he was Corsair tagged with a reinland bomber with a order id? Very suspicious.

Not to worry, recruits, you'll get the hang of the reporting system software in no time. Perhaps you might transmit messages to "The Director" in future and not all agents. Brian has been complaining.
Outstanding work out there. These Order madmen are a rare sight indeed and these sightings are peculiar in the extreme. They must be pretty desperate to be straying into Liberty territory. I've read Agent Feral's reports of their blatant disregard for innocent life evidenced by their attack at the West Point Junction.
Be warned: there are disturbing reports about these "Harvester" entities. Exercise extreme caution in their vicinity. I don't want ships and lives being lost out there. Gather as much intel as you can and keep your distance. Do not engage unless fired upon and even in those cases do not risk yourself or your ship.
Feral will co-ordinate the activities of the pack in Liberty Zone, just to ensure there's no confusion.
