Circumstances: At approximately 14.00 I ([WM]"Viper") Came across a Kempetai who seemed to be causing some stress to passing ships.

I presently told the Kempetai he was not welcome here and a conversation insued and he also decided to use another vessel (Bramimond.Exile) as cover so I could not engage him so I asked for assistance from another Wingman operative [WM]Charles.Edwards and we both proceeded to engage the target and were accompanied by Bramimond.Exile and LPI operative Ms.Holiday.
He was sneaky and slippery but with combined effort he was finally vanquished.
