Nooblet, as a recurring theme in your discourse, I see you mention that you traded for it. You buckled down, and made the money. This seems to be your only regular justification, beyond the concept that I suck.
Honestly, I couldn't give a damn. What you traded does not earn you the trust. We don't trust you with a battleship, (you being a prospective battleship owner whos using trading as his justification, not necessarily you in particular) and we don't trust you because powertrading for two or three days isn't impressive. Frankly, its scary. It implies a couple things: that you're in a rush to have the ship, didn't have any money when you started, and don't have anyone else on the server willing to pitch a hand. To me, that looks like a solid recipe for the sort of bloke who would chase three of my members down with a ship that they cant fight.
More than restricting you, I'm trying to protect my people, who have decided to take my orders. By doing that, they leave themselves rather vulnerable, because they have agreed to fly the weaker ships, and arm them with weaker guns. My entire faction has subscribed to the belief that they are creating stronger RP by leaving themselves vulnerable, and I believe that as well. At the very least, I owe them what defense I can grant by the size of the group. The very easiest way to do that, is to limit the number of capships to people I trust.

I do not think you suck. Nor have I ever said that. If you think that is what I think of you, well my vocabulary fails me once again. And by saying this, you have ignored the fact that I've said I'll fly within my ZoI and write up an RP for it. Add to the fact that trading for it was the last justification I typed.
I don't have a BB and I've been on this server for more than three days. What does that mean? I obviously do not powertrade without RP. I have a Destroyer and all except one who have met me in it have not had a problem with me. Who was that one? One official OC clan member trying to get me to register. I have not been sanctioned once either.
As for not having anyone on the server to pitch a hand, I bet, that I could buy a BS within the next hour if it came to people donating me money. Why have I not? I prefer to spend the money on outfitting my clan members with proper equipment.
If you really think I am going to chase three of your members down with a BB that highlights just how paranoid you are. And it has already been stated that two bombers can take down a BB.
If I wanted to take your orders Eppy, I would have joined your clan. My clan uses only OC and allies' ships and only appropriate guns too. So I do not know what you're trying to do with this statement.
Edit: As for not trusting me, now I hope that's not personal Eppy.
I'm going to boldly state that this has absolutely nothing to do with roleplay and everything to do with your desire to fund an additional wing of battleships for the 101s.
A mandatory registry chaffed the sensibilities enough as it was, but throwing a hundred million into the Epyon coffers is absurd.
eppy bud.... to far maybe? for one, your cap ship registration dont work.... the registration was supposed to restrict the really badly RP'd cap ships from the good ones, personally i have seen 1 sentance request, hi my name is "insert name here" i wants my destroyer lulz(not quite but might aswell be) please let me have it.
Eppy: Accepted.
now seriously man i think your loosing the whole point of this here, 100 million just to register the ship? then they gotta have good rp for it (not just the 2 lines ive been seeing you accept recently)
man christ, alpha has turned into a pig sty right now it aint pretty.
also i agree with dusty here also, why do i think this is for them 4 battleships you been planning to build?
dont you reckon this is kinda dragging your im the system owning faction thing a little to far?
-----
oh and as for someone saying about 100 mill being fair cause theyre built on corsica, i reckon that 100million labour charge is already included in the buying price, this aint labour charge it takes no time at all for you to read the 1 line registration requests i been seeing and typing a one word answer. this is just extortion, abuse of your power, and seriously hurting us outcasts reputation as a whole.
I see a lot of factions trying to extend their powers beyond their faction. Not through peaceful means but through measures such as these. It's my belief that factions exist to consolidate a playerbase and provide an example of how to play as any given NPC, or to try something radical and different, it is not a license to stamp your authority over anyone who does -not- have your faction tag.
These folks have not chosen to play by your RP, so why should you be forcing them to? SO long as they are RPing, however they chose to do so, there should be no reason for any faction to jump on them just because they don't like the RP.
Use what power you have responsibly, don't try forcing it down others throats, especially if they don't want it.

While I'm inclined to agree that the standards are rather low, that reminds me of an interesting question:
Why does the Dreadnought cost exactly the same as the Battleship?
Not saying I agree with charging, just that something in the pricing seems wrong.
