The Cylon fighter infocard says it has two turrets, it has only one.

The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. Igiss I'm quite happy to go with a normal specific terrorist NPC faction. I think this includes
the Blood Dragons and the Gaians as well as the Xenos. I would like to have Kane's input
if that is ok before a final decision is made, It is his faction afterall ... I was just doing my
diplomatic job as spokesman for the Terrorists of Sirius Group. If you need a decision any
quicker I will take responsibility for making it now ... Thank you very much again.

I like the idea of the terrorist beam being shortened as opposed to being removed entirely. I'm killing NPCs I want to be able to torture survivors

The shortened beam makes it easier for lawful chars to beam in bots/batts first, which provides a drawback for being a terrorist. If you also slow the beam down that gives them an even larger advantage and can have a similar effect as having no beam in PvP.

About Gaians, Blood Dragons, and terrorist IDs;

Gaians and Blood Dragons. Have you guys ever been pulled out of a tradelane when they are neutral to you? They demand your CARGO. They are more pirate than terrorist. Their aim is to take out the ruling body of Kusari, not obliterate everything, just military ships, and Samura ships. So if your not the Kusari ruling body they might pirate you, or leave you alone. Almost the same for Gaians.

Terrorists, like Phantoms, are only interested in killing EVRYTHING. Pure terrorists, with only the goal of destruction and death, unlike the Blood Dragons and Gaians. Also, taking away a tractor beam will not come CLOSE to taking you out of business. Missions will gain you more money than tractoring ever will. You make maybe 1-1.5 mil with a full cargo of admirals, generals, captains, and lieutenants. But it takes 30 minutes to get that many. Missions are 5-10 minutes long and gains you 500,000+. 5x4=2mil with 20 minutes of play. Your just accomplishing your RP AND looting at the same time, well thats not your goal. Your goal is to fly in shoot them up, then get out again. Not tractor in people. I completely agree with Igiss' decision to take away the tractor beam. We aren't pirates. Also, we need to be able to shoot EVERYONE on site. Not just a few and then can't with people with Neutral IDs. Kill everything, not pirate, that is the goal of the Phantoms.

Should have been here earlier Dab and discussed it then ... My argument for terrorists
being funded by lawfuls and neutrals was just, and you really don't like trading let alone
to fund a char for Terrorism. It goes against all the RP aspects of keeping good and bad
apart. Lets see what Kane has to say about which tag to have before you get on your
high horse. Not everyone has the time to fly missions all day to make cash ... Anyway
thats not very terrorist like either ... Working for a living.

if you want valued input into the matters of the phantoms then you need to spend more than 10minutes on your phantom character a year, and have it as one of your main characters. neither of these are true.
this barely affects you, as you barely go on your phantom character. and that is fact. it doesnt matter what your reasons are, its still true.

All right, let's settle this once and for all...

Piracy, noun. -An act of robbery committed at high sea (Or, in our case, the blackness of space).

Terrorism, noun. -The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.

Where in the terrorist definition does it say we cannot loot? In fact, one of the things that a terrorist could do is to hit an ammunition dump or armor depot to steal the equipment.

Besides, we already have an ID, and it's the Xeno ID. It fits us fairly well. Unless we want to come up with some kind of "Pure Terror ID" or something (Like the Nomad ID, but with a small tractor beam, and you can have -some- human allies), that would work better.

This is the real true story of rock and roll; it was not about anything more then, how to live your life, as a gangster, in sartorial splendor, and turning the world into a place where normality would never return again...- Malcolm McLaren

Teaboy, I use my Phantom character almost if not as much as you do, counting the last 4 days and rounding that to a year doesn't show anything. Alot of people can say they have seen me in my Phantom characters. I have two even, do you even know what their names are? If not, then stfu, because you wouldn't know if you've seen me.

Kane if the Xenos ID is THE terrorist ID than thats what I meant. If it ISN'T the terrorist ID, than that doesn't really fit our RP. Sure, we can steal a weapons supply depot or something, but we wouldn't be looting dead ships. Do you think a terrorist organization will go and rob a store and go sell off everything? They would only steal weapons and equipment. And NPCs do not really drop good equipment worth picking up. Only ones who do are Nomads.

If a terrorist robbed a store, they would kill everyone, grab what they needed, and then proceed to beat feet. If what they needed was suplies, they would get suplies. If what they needed was cash, they would take cash.

Since we don't have any way of doing that in game, we have to come up with new methods, such as tractoring pilots. This serves a few purposes, one of which is information. The best way to get what we need would be to pull it out of a battleship admiral's brain. After we're done with that, then we either "experiment" on him/her or sell him/her to the pirates, who would gladly take him/her off our hands.

Ok, this is now compleatly away from the primary subject. MODS! CLEAN UP IN ISLE 3!
