Optronic Arrays not deploying

Bug: Optronic Arrays not deploying.

Optronic Arrays not able to be deployed in Veltman Smelter, but does in other PoB's. Have tried different ships but is clearly a bug specifically to Veltman Smelter. Does not show commodity in inventory, yet is in hold of ship.

What does it mean to 'deploy' an Optronic Array? Did restarting the game help?

Apologies. I meant could not sell. The sell icon did not show.

I had repeatedly done what Skorak suggested both before and after the server reset with a variety of ships. I tried again after I restarted the game later the next day. Still the same issue, but I read Skorak's post, logged of and then back in and it work!
