Subject:.......... 2-week delivery contract
Good day friends,
In the past you have been very helpful with supplying the Med Force General-B hospital with much needed supplies during the primary build phase. Since it's initial construction the hospital has expanded. And we continue to expand by adding a new research wing to the facility.
For this expansion we, once more, would like to request your services as the station will need 10.000 units of Robotic Hardware and 10.000 units Hull Segments on a daily basis for the coming two weeks with the option to extend this contract should both OSI and MFE agree to this. Our hospital loadmasters have been instructed to pay your pilots 1250 SC per unit delivered and this price is the same for both commodities.
As the construction crews are working to expand a functional hospital there may be times where our cargo bays may not be able to store the daily request of items. For this I would kindly ask that your pilots check the inventory prior to undertaking the deliveries. Our inventory can be accessed with the password: "healthcare" or by using the "Foxtrot-9" button on their cargo consoles.
Since it's construction the hospital has been moved away from planet Pygar into the direction of Freeport-9. As such your pilots may have to adjust their directional scanners but I'm sure that they will not have any problem updating the navigational charts.
For your flexibility I offer you an extra bonus of 100m SC upon completion of this 2-week contract.

A pleasure to hear from you again.
Myself and my Board have gone over your communication and the supplies requested. Its a large task that's for sure, but one that has been agreed to be undertaken.
One thing though is that the Board and my adviser's have informed me that the offer is too little, 1250 Credits per unit for the amount of work and distance would not be enough to make it worth while for our pilots.
So for us to undertake this contract it would be 1750 Credits per unit, this of course is up for negotiation.
As i said, we are willing to take on this contract but it needs to be worth while for my employees you understand.

Good morning Mr. Broke,
Thank you for accepting this contract. As per your request I have instructed the cargo chief to update the prices to 1750 credits/unit.
As this contract is for two weeks and considering the price increase, the final payment through deliveries alone should be 490m SC and therefore the initial offered extra bonus can be considered already included in the price per delivered item.

Subject:......... Regarding the 2-week delivery contract
Good day Mr. Broke,
Today I have been informed by my loadmasters that while we are well in the second half of the 2-week delivery contract, the requested daily amounts have not been delivered. In fact, after going over the logs I see a mere two-day deliveries at most.
As a contract is a binding agreement between two or more persons or parties I am somewhat shocked that the deliveries have not been made even when OSI has agreed to take up this contract and therefore it's responsibility and obligation to deliver. As administrator of MFE General-B hospital I have agreed to your suggested item price yet deliveries seem to be halted. The construction crews are waiting for the needed materials yet when deliveries are not inbound the delays alone have cost us at least a weeks delay while our own vessel had to obtain the much needed items.

Dear friend and special customer of OSI Industries. First we want to apologize for the syncope in the delivery time of the goods in your company. Without going too far into the details, because time is not what is left for the OSI Industry.
We had to make adjustments to the staff of our employees to adapt the demand of our customers and to do so we called some pilots who were already in reserve for this job, who made the recovery of the time we had lost in their contract.
Now we're on schedule and we're sure we'll keep up with that pace.
We thank you for your understanding
I delivered to your Med Force General-B, Omicron Theta, 20.000 units of Hull Segments.

Good day Mr. Broken,
Thank you for your swift reply and call to action regarding this contract. As the construction crews had to divert their activities to other parts of the upgrade project it is only logical that they cannot process huge deliveries at once. For this reason my loadmasters instructed your crews to wait. It is also the very reason why this contract was for a fixed amount of items daily as to not clog the loading bays of the General-B hospital.
As you've mentioned to be 'back-on-pace' I am hoping you are willing and able to extend this pace (and therefore extend the contract) for a further 3 more days with the final daily deliveries being done on Sunday 9th of August. The buy price for both items shall remain as it is.
Please let me know if you are up for another three days of deliveries so I can plan future deliveries accordingly.
