We've been at that point for over 10 years. And we cant get past it because people always make it about who gets to be in charge in yellow or green or gold or orange or who is even allowed to say stuff that everyone thinks without getting banned, not about conceiving and implementing concrete solutions, or even creating an environment where solutions are implemented due to their merit and not due to who got who to back them up however how.
