Wait dude. This is WAY early. I'm all for new factions and all if the ones already here wont give you the flavor your looking for but............
Lets not do the little kid bumm rush to the Christmas tree before Christmas. In other words dont be greedy lets see what Igiss did first. In fact I dont support ANY Gallic or French factions atleast until 4.85 has been out a month.
No need to go and suck up a whole house before its put out. Maybe we can even avoid some faction declareing itself supreme rulers of Gallic space.

Let me give you a clue....That is NOT how it is done in discovery. I may not have been here very long but there are procedures and rules for forming an official faction and you must follow those. You do not come here and say this is us this is how we roll and if you don't like it tough. That is a slap in the face to any who have followed the rules and those who are following them now.
Not only that but you have just insulted MANY of those who will decide if your faction the GESF or any others you propose will become official. I would guess from the tone of your posts that you are what 10 - 12?
I think that if you take a good long look in a mirror you will see true retardation.
As for the incident in Omicron Eta you basically told us you were coming through weather we liked it or not and you were told no. Then after a short battle you run away with your two ship faction. I have not read the RoS message dump or 101st yet but i would bet you will be KoS before the day is over and if this is what you call "diplomacy" then they will not be the only ones to list you as KoS.

Is this serious or is this a joke? I mean it cheered me up real good, but I don't know if that was your intention. Anyway, you are basicly declaring the majority of Sirius KOS with that kind of attitude, and sooner or later you running around killing anything that moves will get you sanctioned.
As an afterthought, how many of you are in this super-duper special forces Action Man outfit? Honestly, the majority of clans have about twenty odd people floating round, and you've gone and annoyed all the Outcast ones (that's all 3 of them), that's at a guess 60 players (although the OC clans are very popular so it could be more). I would -really- like to see you and your wingmen take on the might of the Outcasts- I mean they've done a good job of beating up Corsair battlefleets, so you're 'lil squad'll be no problem. And do you think your Rhineland capital fleet makes you invunerable?
While you are busy KOSing everything in sight you may not notice the legions of shadowy bombers circling you like prowling wolves. and honestly, nothing presents a better torpedo target than a slow moving Rhineland peice of kit. In most combat situation, capitals are the first to die you know?
Please, either see sense, or keep posting these hilarious come-backs because they're really brightneing up my day.

Seems like you drop the bombshell on us since we dont have that kinda money lying around im officially withdrawing our application to become a faction hence we will continue with our RP , but will not engage in forum politics until 4.85 comes out when it does we will put a faction proposal in , cya in game BYE

The best thing to do is enter here gracefully. The first thing is to get a feel for how we play here. Get a cool fighter with perhaps a Zoner tag and go everywhere. Check out the systems. LISTEN to the comm chatter in the houses. And above all, watch and learn. I was here for 6 months before I even joined a faction, and when I did, it was well thought out.
Let me explain a little something about the Outcasts. There is presently an ongoing war between us and the Corsairs. I, being a member of the RoS, made a decree that ALL ships entering Outcast space be halted and scanned for possible spies or contraband. See HERE.
I was not present at the time of your little incident in Outcast space but I'm sure you raised some eyebrows. We are extremely protective of our space and all who enter it are checked carefully. We excel at RP and having flown with Vincent multiple times on numerous raids, etc. nothing could make me believe anything said was OORP, at least not at first.
This is the way we RP, and you need to get acclimated to it. Many of us have been here a long time and have our RP firmly set.
This new addition coming to 4.85 is a HOUSE, not a faction. With that will come numerous factions and it will take time for everything to fall into place. Will there be debris fields with a Junker base hidden in it? Will the Outcasts have a secret cardamine smuggling base hidden there inside an asteroid field? Will the House be at war with some or all of the other Houses? All questions that need to be answered, and will be in time. I'm certain more than a few new factions will spring forth with this new House. Police Forces, Military Forces, their own Criminal Faction, etc.
Patience is the key here. WATCH, LISTEN, AND LEARN.
You may be understandably upset (and judging by your post above you are) but things are done a certain way for a reason. For example - if I, as a member of the RoS, bought an Outcast Battleship and flew to New York and just started killing Lawfuls, my butt would be in a sling. I would be kicked out of the RoS for being there without permission, I would be in trouble from the 101st for not asking permission to buy a battleship in the first place, and the community in general would label me a "capwhore" and give me all sorts of grief. PvP is a benefit of RP, not the other way around. PvP is frowned upon here without good RP to back it up.
You can't have the attitude - I'll go anywhere, dock anywhere, do anything I want, and if you stop me or harass me, I'll kill you. Most factions guard their space very well and view outsiders with suspicion. If you want to see the galaxy, be a Zoner, the most neutral group in the game, being able to go almost anywhere. But still be prepared to be stopped. Because you will be. Hell, you can't have Nomad weapons on your ship in Liberty and Bretonia without a license bought from the controlling factions.
At the risk of sounding redundent - watch, listen, and learn. A few guys going to a party and starting some trouble because they don't agree with the way the masses are doing it will end in disaster. Respect your host(Discovery) and the way things are done. Adapt to the way things are run and have a great time.
And a side note... a few independents putting the Outcasts and their respective factions on their KOS list is a VERY bad idea, even if you all have battleships. Our orange colored fingers reach everywhere. We have spies, sabotage units, skilled fighter groups, skilled bomber groups, gunboats, destroyers, and drednoughts. We are jacked up on Cardamine and our senses are hightened. We fight without fear and will die before fleeing. If you kill two of us, ten more will take their place.
Another side note... if you wish to explore our systems, that can be done. With some good RP, you might just be able to explore with a few Outcasts as your escort. But doing so without permission will result in hostile actions taken against you. You could be a Corsair spy for all we know.
