Good day Señor Ladron,

I hope you and your familia and compadres are all well and in good health. I am writing this private message as regarding a delicate matter to which I am asking your blessing and approval.

A little over two months ago I went shopping (like many chicas do) and obtained the keys to an abandoned base in Sigma-19. This base was old and abandoned yet to me it had a lot of potential for a research facility serving Med Force Enterprises. After obtaining the keys from GM Incorporated I sent out messages to the neighbours only to find out that GMG dissaproves of this very station being in the system. Suffice to say I (and MFE) did their best to find a diplomatic solution yet to no avail.

As the current situation is that I have a research station I cannot use I want to have her moved to Omicron Theta, Echo-4 area . This way she is close to the General-B hospital yet at a distance to keep the research safe from prying eyes of bystanders.
The research station is to be moved into a radioactive cloud as to both help our research projects into anti-radiation therapy as well as to ensure that any incidents are contained.

I would very much hope to have your blessing and approval as to allow me to pursue this dream of having a research station and to develop it for the benefit to those who both I myself and MFE considers dear friends and familia.

So, GMG are not letting you research in Sigmas? Of course they don't. They are afraid of science, stinky gas suckers.

We are not afraid to have your Research estación in our backyard. But... we would like something in return.

We have that radiation issue in Gamma, ya know. Best Imperial young pilots are dying of radiation after completing el Trial in the Malvada cloud. You can help with that, si? We would like them happy and healthy in their Titans, aiming at enemy, showing them their white Latino teeth. Could you cure them there and white their teeth?

Also... *downing his voice* We would like ones that didn't pass el Trial to not return home. Keeping them in our hospitals is very expensive.

Also... *downing his voice more* We would like pilots that you manage to cure to stay... well... sterile. We prefer our capable warriors to focus on combat, rather than thinking about their niñas pequeñas at home.

Also... *downing his voice down to whisper* Do you have some of those blue pills? My wife is not so good looking like before, but she's still very horny at warm Cretan nights. And maybe I spent too mucho time in Malvada cloud myself, ya know...

Buenas tardes Señor Ladron,

Thank you for your swift reply. It is good to know I can carry on with the proposed movement of this facility knowing that you have no objections. You asked for something in return, this goes without saying. You may be happy to know that the research station has specifically been purchased as to pursue the development of MFE's new radiation treatment.

Your concerns about young pilots in the heavy radiation of the Malvada cloud are rightly so. The ionising cloud is very hazardous to even the most shielded vessels and protection whilst on duty is of utmost importance. The research currently being done into the aforementioned treatment shall help your pilots in the future as well as help those affected in the past.

When you mention that pilots not passing their initial trials to 'not return home as the costs of hospitalisation are immense' my offer is that those pilots can be treated at no cost at the MFE General-B hospital. This treatment is free and will always remain free for all your people even when long hospitalisation should be the case.

As for the sterilisation, there are currently drugs from Cryer Pharmaceutical available that have certain side-effects and one of them is that the person who takes these becomes sterile when he or she takes the medication. Fortunately the effects wear off after approx. three months of stopping the medication so, in effect, it is reversible as to make sure that the Corsair population stays healthy and large.

Lastly, a large box of the blue pills have been discretely sent by courier together with a shipment of tobacco. Please read the disclaimer before taking these pills for they are, well, quite strong and the body may need some time adjusting to them. Should you need more pills then send me a private message and I'll have them delivered to you.
