I am Scott Ingham from sub-faction of BOWEX (Border World Exports), due to our hazardous trade routes from Kusari to Bretonnia, we are having incredible difficulties because of unlawful factions.
We would like to set-up a small BOWEX station. We will be also giving access to some trading-mining companies with your permission in future, to produce defensive modules for our transport ships, we would also like to storage commodities here before starting our long journeys.

Generally we are not against such an installation, however we will require more information from you.
Please provide us with the exact location you imagine for this base. Please make sure that any defensive modules must be set up in a way so they bring no harm to any ships passing the vicinity of the station.
Note for the specified modules you have planned, you will need to ask for an individual permission to construct these down the line.

We did build at Shigoku 2F/E 6km away from structures and gateway, we did follow and read every regulation except for two

1.We did pre-build in hesitation because of in-dire need of it, we knew that if we have to do this we had to pay amount of extra payment to you, we are ready to pay for it

2.We want to produce civillian jump drives first, but we have only started building the factory not produced any of, We request your permission to build jump drives. we will give access to Kusari millitary to use of station ( We need tags to give which to access )

Station will be hundred percentage of civillian usage no harm will come to any vessel

Also how much and where we should send our expected payments?
