Where do you come from? I'm Spacebourne, but spent youth on Gran Canaria, where my family set up a shop selling ship equipment, not always legal, as it usually goes within Edge Worlds. But when Queen's people showed up, we had to move quickly among the one of many transports hauling zoner migrants to Pygar, didn't even have a time to move all shop's stash with us. Even that we survived Hessian and Corsair bribery while moving trough Omegas, Pygar was an awful place to start from scratch, though we managed to set up a profitable bio dome within vast cavern systems. Sadly, I wasn't a fan of living in a hole in the ground, so we parted ways. Old man Yagil that messaged you from "Hatikvah" taught me everything about the ships I know and when my savings from cargo shipment on this trusty boat were enough to buy a fighter or start my own business as freelancing trader, I luckily stumbled upon you guys.
Why would you like to join The Phoenix? I've seen how some House sissies took my home and my future business by dropping 2 million tinman on my head, which then brought me to surviving on a crowded and harsh planet. So I came to you for finding peace and a place to settle. Heard you're planning a planetfall to Palmyra soon, there's when I can offer my help by raising some hydroponics from my previous experience. Though don't expect me shaking a hand to a Bretonian anytime soon.
I see rumors have been spreading quite fast, I bet some of our trade pilots way too talkative after getting another beer on the Freeport.
Nevertheless, Gran Canaria is another reminder to the Zoners what are the houses - a warmongers, consumes everything along their path. While I couldn’t tell that our location is a peaceful place as Omicron-49 back in good old times, here we are reaping what we sow. Clashes in between of great powers can be useful sometimes, but definitely don't expect the same faith for our colony nor Palmyra as Gran Canaria.

Mostly I've been running trade operations for mining corporations, but also was doing some others jobs on the side. I'll spare you the details. Why would you like to join Pheonix?
Since I got lucky in Dublin working as a prospector for BMM, I have been exploring what Sirius has to offer. During my time under the BMM, I studied Communication Technologies at the Cambridge University. After some large purchases from finders fees from some large ore deposits, I set off in my Bustard, named the Prydwen, with a Corvo as an escort. My main goal was to see the stars outside of Bretonia. From there I got into exploration research with the Zoners, namely a group at the time that went by the Ingenuus Research Group. I flew with them for a while before they unfortunately lost traction and had to disband, but I digress. After this, I did freelance work for some time, renting out the Prydwen's research facilities to those who would need it, using my Corvo in the mean time.
I was on Planet Leeds when it was glassed. Luckily I managed to survive the catastrophe, saving many others in the process. I was fortunate that both of my ships were docked at the planet, otherwise my crew, countless others, and I may not be here today. Losing my right arm and suffering quite a few other harsh injuries, I hadn't faired much better than many other survivors. My crew helped who we could onto our ships, then heading for the nebula to hide out. Long story short, my two ships ended up having to be scrapped. What scrap and money I got from insurance I put towards a new Corvo, named the Argent Dawn, the rest of the credits going to refugee relief programs and getting myself set up with a nice new cybernetic arm. It almost feels like the real thing. Amazing what modern technology can do, huh?
Here I am months later, searching for a family of my own again. It seems that has lead me here. Since I have little direction and experience behind me, I was pointed here by some locals of Nauru. Perhaps my skill could be of aid in your Exploration program?
