The overview of this project entails the operational parameters of observation of personnel on holiday, and the subsequent data gathered from the process. To be to accomplish this, we had to talk to Spa & Cruise to set up surveillance equipment. We have decided, Skopoi was the only one skilled for the job. They were assigned, and now completed their first diplomatic mission. With their recent success from their deployment to the Spa & Cruise, we now know that Skopoi will need to retrieve some essential care packages in the future from Spa & Cruise, which are to be optimised to be compatible with our biology. This will occur in the future, Spa & Cruise will need to engage in further negotiations to find an acceptable condition before continuing. For now, it is unavailable.
In the light of the recent diplomatic successes, Skopoi has been recalled back to the Valravn Citadel to rest and recover. An issue that has arisen in regards to them is that they are lacking grounded ambition and desire a holiday.
Until the manicure goods and the essential care packages arrive, Skopoi has to stay home for their own good. Security is established at home, but there is no monitoring set up for anything on vacation. Yet.

Project Spa Resort is green lighted for construction. The design was brought forth by Dr. Z. Gerotizi, Chairman of the Elgin Research Society in collabration with the Auxo Research & Development department, reviewed and approved by the Technocratic Directorate.
The project entails the development of the psychoanalytic medical facilities and virtual recreation activity centers, for information extraction, training or mental rehabilitation. Utilising the environment and our architectural philosophy, the structure is embedded into the earth of Elgin and designed in such a manner to blend into the environment with specially treated alloys that it becomes virtually undetectable by the eye and radar, easily mistaken as another spine in the expansive frozen north of Elgin.
The facility will be optimised for Human research into the psyche and interactivity with the virtual world with stimulated sensory. The facility will be kept concealed from the general populace, serving as a test bed for Human subjects for the 'virtual therapy sessions'. Due to the extensive requirements of the virtual recreation simulations, a vast databank will be required for storing and calculating data. To accommodate for space, an underground solution is suitable, particularly preferred due to the need of containing any trace of signals from escaping the facility.
Spa & Cruise has failed to retrieve care packages. Time for retrieving them has expired. The Directorate has decreed that the project be shelved. Skopoi will be co-opted and relocated. Project Spa Resort will resume in light of investment into health discovery & development.
