This is Asano Yoshinaka, I served as Saito-samas XO aboard the Hakudo Maru.

It is to my great displeasure that I report that the Hakudo Maru did indeed engage a GMG battleship in Sigma 13, lost the engagement, and fled. The shame of this engagement was too much for the captain, to put it bluntly, he committed seppuku to atone for his momentary cowardice.

He does not regret the engagement, the dishonor and shame would have been worse had he allowed the GMG to go unchallenged, who insulted Saito-samas honor, by refusing to answer his questions, belittling him with threats to report him to the Kusari, he would not bear to hear such things from a gaijin.

He wrote a jisei before the act, which I will take the liberty of sharing with you.

I served as the late Saito Takeshis XO, and served him one last time as his kaishaku. His last act was to put me in command of the Hakudo Maru and I will honor his memory by continuing to serve Kusari.

Today i had my first patrol in my bomber after my recovering. As usual a lot of traffic, but on Shikoku JG me stopped a transport, called "Enko", full of artifacts.

I ordered him to drop the cargo and to leave without paying a fine, but he refused and was talking about something, it would be legal in Kusari. I denied and pointed him onto the legal codex. After several demandings to drop the cargo he decided to run. Not a wise choice in front of a supernova.
Artifacts were destroyed immediately after the transports destruction. I got a kind of inofficial support by an FA pilot, callsign "Atsuko.Hayato".
After this incident, i was ordered to return to NT and to end my patrol.
Recommendation of listing Enko kos, until he pays the 12 mill fine.

As recent reports were showing the needs of increasing patrols in Kyushu system, I took service with the Sokaku and started monitoring traffic orbiting the planet.
During scans I run accross two grouped civillian traders carring engine components toward Kyushu/Tau-29 gate, both vessels failed to reply to communications when asking for the destination, were intimated to halt and ignored the orders of a Naval Forces high officer.
I lost them near Nago Station in Tau-29.
For some strange reason the ship didn't recorded anything, I'm scheduling the Sokaku for a complete systems check.

Shortly thereafter ship's sensors spotted "BigJohn", identified as a trader carring plutonium.
After being ordered to stop he refused to comply and jumped to Tau-29 regardless the halt request.
He however stopped near Nago Station, where I informed him there is no way to move such goods through Kyushu/Tau-29/Tau-31 blockades.
He then refused to listen and attempted a confused cruising maneuver toward Nago/Freeport 6 lane.
After having disrupted the trade lane for many times while giving many warnings to drop the cargo he refused to comply.
I attempted a drop cargo request at 50% shield, 0% Shield, 50% Hull and even near 10% hull, the death of those mens and womans was useless...
The target was shot down by Sokaku's ordinance and the cargo is now at Battleship Nagumo for inspection and reassignment.

subject: Patrol report

Today Chikuma was dispatched to patrol the front lines in Tau 31 system. Little activity was detected in the system at first, so we proceeded at very slow pace and with maximum caution to the minefield to recover some of the Kusari fighter remains there.

Upon our return to Nagasaki an Outcast hauling plutonium was intercepted:

He was pursued towards the Leeds jump gate and through it. Even though The Chikuma came under heavy fire in Leeds it managed to destroy the vessel without any significant damage.

This appears to have alerted the Bretonians and a Destroyer came into Tau 31 shortly after. An epic battle started but Kusari Naval Forces were again victorious.

Long range sensors on the Nagasaki detected a medium sized bretonian vessel in the system and the Chikuma was called to respond to the threat.

Today i discovered a Liberty Navy vessel flying trow the New Tokyo system with Artifacts in his hold. His name was ''Druggy'' He disobeyed orders to drop and i got his shields down, he fled trow the Jumpgate to Shikoku. At planet Yunjo he docked and stayed there for a while. Saying things like 'orders from liberty navy' or 'you are not in my command line, i won't obey'. While i was at planet Yunjo, Date Masamune joined.
Druggy stayed docked and i contacted a Liberty Navy vessel in Liberty. After explaining that Druggy woundn't drop his cargo he gave druggy the order to drop it.
Finally, the artifact were destroyed and Druggy paid 1 million fine (he had only 1 milion)

Later today i encountered a Outcast Armored Transport, it was attacking vessels at the New Tokyo jump gate in Shikoku, i forced him to leave kusari space, but the npc's destroyed him before he even could get to the trade lane.

As ordered, the Kurashiki escorted by a good number of warriors, was defending Honshu Planet.
My ship and my crew fought valiantly until heavy incoming fire forced to launch pods for safety.
The last thing I recall is to have ordered to continue firing upon any target available, when we accused a direct hit and I must have been knocked out by something because
I woke up in Honshu naval hospital, from where I am writing this report.

As of now, the battle is still ongoing and I am confident in our loyal warriors.

subject: Tau 31 engagement

While patrolling near Nagasaki me and Tigon spotted two enemy ships in range:
[QCO]Samantha.Windsor
[QCO]Mark.McKenna

A fight broke out during which Windsor's ship exploded after a hit from the Supernova Cannon.



Reincorcements arrived on both sides:
BAF.Finn Hopkins and Masazumi.Kahome on bretonian side
2 KNF chimaeras and one Hogosha eagle on kusari side (two of them arrived very late)

On of our chimaeras was unfortunately destroyed and the pilot had to be rescued later.
We however heavily damaged Hopkis and stripped him of all nanobots making him run from the fight. Soon after that the remaining bretonian ships ran as well. With Kahome barely escaping in his damaged eagle without nanobots.

Later that day I was checking combat readiness of Chikuma in Kyushu when freak sensor scans detected a bretonian vessel trying to sneak trough the system!
It was found near Tau 23 jumphole and after jumping it met it's inevitable fate.

subject: Outcast incursion in Kyushu

I was alerted of an Outcast cruiser class ship engaging our patrols near Tsushima depot.
Arriving there Chikuma's sensors detected apparently Red Hessian made ship carrying our gunboat and cruiser captains in hold.

Chikuma opened fire and they enemy soon started to retreat. It's navigational officer has however made a critical error and set a course that crossed planet Aso. The enemy ship somehow managed to survive touching upper layers of the atmosphere of Aso but Chikuma's guns finished it shortly after.

Chikuma didn't suffer any damage and returned rescued Naval forces captains to safety.
