I still don't see anything in the screens that show that anyone in the 101st , RoS or SOB have broken a rule.

If you feel that strongly that one of us has then by all means post a violation report for the admins in the proper place. The factions/groups involved will handle the member if a sanction happens .

So far I don't think any of us have seen something to need a sanction other than what you have done and been sanctioned for already. I have more screens of your behavior if you'd like me to post those. I won't though as I think the one I posted shows your attitude pretty well.

Ok ok pandimonium i would like to know just how the hell we broke the rules and EXACTLY what rule we broke. You do know how to copy and paste so if you find that rule then paste it here, that should not be beyond your abilities (i could be wrong).
You were ordered to leave Alpha by the ruling faction you refused and were killed by their orders. so please post EXACTLY what rule it is we are supposed to have broken.

Since my char was dragged in to this i will clear some things.

He obviously forgot to mention how he fired on a 101st ship for no reason, and destroyed it while the pilot was talking to him.

Firing on a 101st pilots in front of Malta will get you killed, and it doesn't matter what ID or IFF you carry. Simple.

Ok I am here to put my part in this as i did order your destruction. Pandemonium, you seem to be having trouble accepting what the community has obviously made their mind up about. The first time you were attacked and forced out of Outcast space you did not even have an Outcast ID at the time, you refused to halt for an inspection, you insulted me, the SOB, and all outcasts.

The second time you returned to Alpha I attempted to talk to you, not attack, talk, and as soon as you saw me you began to open fire. At this point you did have an Outcast ID and you keep preaching about how you aren't supposed to shoot other Outcast?

I even let that slide and tried to keep talking to you, i never fired a shot. Then when my engines were killed and I was in the middle of typing you destroyed my ship. Killing a 101st will turn pretty much all outcast against you instantly, it is as simple as that.

I am sorry you are not having much success in the gaming community. However, please for your own sake if you wish to stay here, stop pointing fingers at those who have proven their RP ability and adherence to the rules.

Pandemonium you're going about this all wrong honestly I'm against Outcasts firing on another Outcast but in this case I think you brought it on yourself the best thing to do is accept the punishment and not flame.

Also if you have a valid complaint it's better not to post it in the public forum just post it in the sanction reports section and make sure you have evidence and the rule that's been broken.

Now I don't know the whole situation so I'm not going to pass my own judgement but your attitude towards other players is definitely not doing you favours at the minute.

Well i see just two things that really bug me...

Rule lawyering.... that's highly OORP, you can be sanctioned for that kind of OOC system chat, so don't do it!

They own the system, they can make the rules about most things in that system. If you as an independant come in you should obay their commands.

Now this is what you've should have done: Adhere to every "stupid" command they might isssue, in worst case be destroyed if they ask for something unresonable. Then over private comms, marked with // or OOC: talk to their leader for clarification. Above all mintain respect for them, as they do own the system and can bann you out of that system if they see it fit, no mather what your ID or Tag is. If they mark you a traitor you are in all effects a traitor.

Now taking a good look, he gave you an option to leave the system, that was perfectly resonable and within his power to do. The moment you disobayed that command you were a rogue cruiser, something nobody want's to have near their home planets.

I can see numerous reasons you got killed, having an unregistered cruiser (you don't seem to be the registering type), insulting Outcasts and the the finale, killing a 101st Outcast. It is in the highest ranks of hypocracy to attempt to sanction someone for something you yourself have done.

As for the Omicron Beta incident, even though it goes again every one of my moral codes, every one of my personal standards and makes me sick to the core, I'm going to have to side with Pandemonium... I hate myself now.

To me it looks like the SOB had nothing to do with it and you're just trying to slander all the Outcast clans you have a vendetta against. The indy that kiled you though, the second time you claim he killed you, if it happened as you said, which I doubt considering your track record, it was a OoRP killing and against the engagement rules which have been conveinantly posted.

Okay folks, I think Pandemonium has been told enough, if he truly believes it sanctionable, then he should post it in the relevant forum not here.

There's nothing new to be added here, no point flaming Pandemonium and no point trying to explain to him what he's done wrong. Seems his passions run too high.

So let's just walk away from this thread and let it die.

Sory del, but I think I kinda have to say something.

Pandemonium, all those outcasts did waas protect their borders from an unknown individual in a foriegn warship, with a prefix (GoS) that they didn't know.

It just so happens that you're roleplaying something that doesn't exist yet, something that the outcasts as yet know nothing about, thus they were rightly suspicious of you presense.

If I have seen you I would have had no qualms what-so-ever about getting a bunch of bombers and blowing you out of the sky.

What you have shown is not the re-engagement rule being broken by those outcasts, but it being broken by you. Shouting that the admin team "will hear about this" would imply you have their favour, which is a fairly ridiculous thign to say gievn your subsequent ban. I can also tell you that there are currently no admins in the RoS, 101st and certainly none in the SOB who are as yet unofficial. That claim you made is also a heap of rubbish.
