I am pleased to announce another promotion : Lex Black is now promoted to Admiral(2ic) of the 46th Fleet.

He has earned his position and will be slowly introduced to his position over the next few weeks.

Also Eric Jackson moves down a step to Vice Admiral due to a rather heavy workload and is to be mentor for Lex.

Also promoted to Rear Admiral Upper Half is Lionel Camios, joining Blake Wayne Van Leer in that position.

James Reyna will remain at Rear Admiral Lower half for now.

All of you have performed excellent in your duties within High Command, keep it up Gentlemen.
