The growing needs of logistics operations for the clan in relation to the construction efforts of our modular facility have led us to inquire with you regarding the possibility of procurement two Kishiro "Big Dragon" transport vessels. I hope that the current capacities of Kishiro can allow for construction of the said two vessels in a reasonable time span, or their purchasing if there are spare two vessels already constructed.
On a side note, I am familiar with the difficulties in modification of "Date"-cruiser and offer the esteemed Kishiro corporation the said ship for its private use should you wish to do so on condition of appropriate financial reimbursement of our investment in the project. Please, let me know if you are interested in the deal.

Regarding your request of purchasing two "Big Dragon" Class large transports, we would be most pleased to be of service to your noble house.
We have made arrangements to ensure two such vessels are ready for your representatives to pick up at Yokohama Shipyard.
While the shipyard is administrated by Samura, even our worthy rival acknowledges that it is hard to compete with the quality that the Big Dragon brings.
Regarding the progress of the Date Class retrofit, please expect a progress report in the following days.
This is to inform you that we have received "Big Dragon" vessels in the quantity of two as it was agreed. It is pleasure doing business with Kishiro kabushikigaisha, as always. I can also confirm the receipt of the updates on "Dragon Scale" project, for which I wish to reiterate my gratitude.
