Biography : Doctor Connor Blackburn speaking, I shall speak in the stead of my patient, Paul Wilson: He was born on Planet Manhattan to a normal family, except he was abnormal. He was discovered at the age of 6 to be on the autism spectrum at high level of functionality. It does not always take place, only at rare times where he is getting overexcited or depressed. Although his mental impairment, he had proven to be highly successful in mental tasks. I am Blake Wayne Van Leer, and your application on behalf of your patient intrigued me. Frankly, we have no idea what to expect. It is my opinion that West Point Academy has a much higher volume of recruits and might have greater experience in dealing with cases such as Wilson. However we would be honored to have him upon graduating as well.
I am going to propose what has never been done before in the history of the Fleet. Instead of offering your patient a full-fledged role in the Fleet I am proposing a part-time role of a MENTEE. What would this mean you ask? Wilson will still be going to regular West Point Academy and attend all necessary classes. However, he will also have the opportunity to be mentored, have access to our Base and procedures. He will be assigned two mentors - Lieutenant Weis Maijers and our newest Lieutenant Commander Martin Kemp-Smith.
This part-time role would mean Wilson would fly under the standard navy banner, but also learn the ways of the 46th under the two mentors. When Lieutenant Commander Martin Kemp-Smith decides the time has come, he will be transferred from West Point to the 46th Recruit Programme and fly our banner.

I have to regretfully inform you that as the currently lowest ranked active High Command officer I cannot process your application.
However much we need engineers with our recent need for retrofits due to hazardous environments engulfing certain systems we operate in I would be reprimanded by my superiors for accepting an incomplete application, or even elevating it towards their attention.
The 46th Fleet's standards are always rising, and unfortunately your application is missing vital parts, you lack military experience and are not enlisted and "Government benefits" are not sufficient motivation to join our fleet that prefers people driven by values such as duty, honor or liberty.
I am forced to reject your application.

Biography : Admiral Creed, I was born in a small, but proud family of true libertonians patriots, somewhere on Planet Houston. You see, our family have the tradition of serving the Government, before taking the reins of the commercial duties. All of my forefathers served somehow, some of them were in Liberty Navy, others were members of Liberty Police, and one of them used to fly as a bounty hunter. The last one was a disgrace, I still cannot imagine how could someone chose money over the sanctity of.... of protecting the people of Liberty. May his name be forgotten in mist of time.
Now back to my background. At 21 I joined the Liberty Navy West Point Military Academy, where by some events I've decided to receive just a basic training in space combat, but I went for amphibious and ground combat studies. When I graduated, due to my performance I received the rank of Corporal and I was stationed in one of the local garrisons from Planet Houston. Years passed and so I climbed the ranks, until I've managed to attain Major rank. Somewhat around this time period the Royal Navy engaged our bretonians neighbours.
During the Gallic invasion of New London, I received the order of heading to Leeds System and capture an installation which was used as a Command Outpost. Admiral, the mission was quite normal for our task force: Board the station by any means necessary; Capture the designated HVT; Transfer any data about the enemy fleet; Setup the explosive charges; Trigger the detonator before leaving the system. 0800 Hours, our boarding action was ongoing, we've faced little resistance. 0820 Hours, 4 of my soldiers went to set up the explosives on the lower decks; and the rest of us went to confirm the presence of our designated target. 0835 Hours, all explosive devices were in place. 0839 Hours, no signs of our HVT, but my team managed to recover some intels about the Royal Fleet movements and composition, at least we have something useful. 0844 Hours, I issued the fall back order, but strangely my demolition team wasn't responding. After checking if they still have vital signs, I've decided to take with me one on my squad mates for searching the lower decks, while the rest of my team was going to the hangar. 0851 Hours, we did find one of our missing soldiers, but the was talking gibbersih about being the rest of the team members being dead. Few moments after I announced the findings, my recovered soldier took my gun and shot me, piercing my right lung. The other soldier which was with me, took the chance and wounded mortally the one who stole me gun. 0918 Hours, we were departing the station, me and other four troopers with one KIA and three MIA. 0919 Hours, one of my soldiers told me the demolition charges were deactivated few moments ago.
Back to our FOB, my whole team was debriefed and disbanded, myself being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and sent into Reserve Corps. I have no idea what happened back there, but I think it was a some kind of gas which made my missing team delirious, or maybe they've got captured and drugged. Whichever would be the case, isn't my duty to know, nor I need to know.
After my medical recovery term was over, I went back home and I took the charge of the commercial affaires of the household. Years passed and I can't get into doing trades, some others members of the family should do those activities. I'm out!
Why do you want to join our organisation : I'm not gonna lie, my health isn't my best attribute, Admiral, but if I still have some breath inside me, I have to lay it down for the Liberty, because. Liberty isn't just a sector or a House, Liberty is our means of existence, Liberty is the cradle of honor, dignity and loyalty to the people. Biography : Born into a military family on Planet Los Angeles with both parents as high-ranked liberty navy officers his life path was chosen from the day of his birth. His childhood consisted mostly of a strict raising with little to no room for failures in school and free-time activities. One could say that his childhood was boring because once he came home from school he was forced by his parents to continue studying and training with his father. But it was exactly this what pushed him to become one of the best captains within the Liberty navy secondary fleet. It was nevertheless a long and hard way for the young Richard to live up to his parents expectations.
He did not have a lot of friends for obvious reasons but this was nothing that would have stopped him in the first place, despite the fact that he was mostly alone he later started to show great skills in leadership as well as tactical thinking within combat situations. Once he graduated from the military academy he was one of the first ones to become captain of a newly built Dreadnought. It was then when he started to show rather interesting behavior if the choice of the equipment of the ship he was in command. Many of his peers thought he was crazy to search for such passive and long-distance equipment but only he saw the tactical advantage he could get with the right escort groups. This was also the point where he decided that the secondary fleet wasn't enough for him anymore. So he searched for a new place to stay where he could show and prove his skill in combat and leadership.
Why do you want to join our organisation : Since I started as a secondary fleet captain of the LNS-Rhode_Island I felt a deep urge to compliment my experience in leadership and my battle approved tactical senses with the might of a Liberty Navy first fleet.

5.You have stopped a Trader carrying Cardamine, what do you do with this individual and why I will demand to drop it and take it into my cargo hold as evidence after that I will detain the Trader in question and deliver him and the Cardamine to the nearest navy station. Or destroy his ship if the Trader is not compliant.
