I have just recently received news of my father, Roy Howard, being promoted to Vice Admiral of the Auxiliary Fleet. I am opening this communication for a request I have proposed since I left Bretonia.
I am Steven Howard, a well-known Bounty Hunter within Liberty. I have recently graduated from the University of Manhattan and I have a well-known career of bounty hunting both in Liberty and Bretonia. To uphold the friendship that stands between the two houses, I am proposing for the requisition of 1 (one) Churchill-class gunboat for personal use.
In return, I would like to resume bounty hunting within Bretonian space to ensure my promise is never broken. I hope my terms are agreeable.

That was a bit unexpected. I saw my father's disagreement with my request when I contacted him on the neural net. Hopefully, I'll take your advice then on the matter.
But I have not decided yet on whether I should go to Bretonia, since there are things in Liberty I have to take care of.
