Here is a basic guide I wrote up on where to find each Battlezone and the NPC spawns that are contained within them. Should have a easy time deciding where to go using this. If any errors or updates are needed please let me know over discord at Firewolfy#3887

Does the "battlezone" in Tau 23 really exist? I haven't seen any transport there.

Sorry for slow response, the Tau 23 BZ seems to indeed been deleted or moved possibly, I have updated the guide now

It has been commented out in the ini files in the 20210818-patch update.

My guess would be it has something to do with this line from patch notes:
- Changed: Ambient npc zones (system spanning zones) removed, some systems given extra removals for testing.
