Greetings, crews of Baltimore Shipyard. My name is Albert, and I run Starflier Base in the Kepler System.
Quite some time ago, your crews serviced our Bustard-Class hyperspace vessel. We are back again for another service of the same starship. I'm communicating with you today to change this ship's internal engineering and operations.
To put it simply, I'd like Deep Space Engineering to remodel, reconfigure and re-engineer the interior of our hyperspace vessel to become a mobile base of operations.
What I have in mind is to relocate specific equipment from our home in the Kepler System to Baltimore Shipyard. The next step would be to have your crews rearrange the internal structure of NX-01 to include all of this equipment and some personnel to operate it. Perhaps this process would warrant a change in designation, as the entire role of the vessel would be completely different.
If you would like a full specifications list of what we'd like accomplished, I'm currently compiling a schematic now. In addition, if you need additional resources delivered to get this job done, I'll try obtain Universal Shipping's interest in this matter.
I hope this is something we can accomplish. When our pilots come back from training, they'll be greeted with a brand new flagship. I'm sure Leon will be very happy.

We can be of service with the outfitting and remodeling of your vessel. As we still have the plans of the last overhaul in our archives and seeing that you brought her in for scheduled maintenance and check-ups we can start the work next Monday. Of course this means that the equipment you mentioned be already on board the Baltimore station and that your technical changes be discussed with our onsite engineering crew.
A rough estimate is that this outfitting will cost you 70m SC yet as a returning customer as well as the fact that you bring the equipment yourself I'll reduce the price to 63m SC. Provided that there are no unforeseen technical setbacks or delays.
Should you agree to this I'll inform the loadmaster at Baltimore and assemble an engineering team. We could meet early on Monday and discuss the desired changes to your vessel in two separate meetings of which the second will be with the engineering team itself.

I find the seventy-million credits acceptable for a task of this size. Since my last transmission, I have finished compiling the list of changes into a list format. In a couple days, our own transport captain will return from his training, so he'll be instructed to carry some of the equipment over to Baltimore Shipyard. I'll board the next shuttle heading towards Liberty and we shall discuss this list on Monday. When would be the best time to bring in the NX-01?

You can bring in the NX-01 at any time which is convenient for you. I already informed the docking master of it's arrival so she is expected. The team at Baltimore will take her from your crew's hands and dock her at the shipyard until the engineers have made their plan based on your list of changes. Your transport captain is free to dock as well starting this very moment. All Baltimore operations officials are expecting a Starfliers delegation the next few days.
Now regarding the payment, the initial sum for the upgrades was 70m SC yet knowing you are a valued and returning customer we lowered the price to 63m SC. I'm sure this meets your approval.

Instead of hiring a shuttle, I'll pilot the NX-01 myself and bring it over to the New York System. May take me a little time since I don't normally pilot the Bustard-Class. The sum of sixty-three million credits has been prepared, to which financial account am I sending it to?

As a valued returning customer of DSE we do not require a pre-payment. We shall send you a bill when the work has been completed and we will certainly inform you beforehand should costs exceed which we have agreed on earlier.
That being said, I look forward to meet you in person and discuss the overhaul of your vessel with both yourself, your chief engineer and my engineers.
