Plenty of feedback gotten and I know what to do differently next time. There would be a lot to tweak and a restart needed so I might let this one run out

There's always a way. A similar camping situation was present with the event on Gaia, yet people did find ways to get the goods in. Considering there are quite a few more possible options to round up some serious opposition to the lawfuls here, I feel the tweaks might even prove to be unnecessary in the end.

My hope was that there would be some actual role play outside of Pennsylvania, which isn't happening that I've seen. No patrols in NY or anything like that. Just a bunch of try hard must-wins doing what they do.

Going outside and enjoying good spring weather. Yous have fun with this event.

I just stack multiple ships nearby and dock when they are gone, made nice easy profits so far - they only AFK camp Penns so you are free to move around all Liberty at will. I even take contraband from NY on the way back and there's never anyone to stop you

I got caught once because of we missunderstood each other in group, but easy money since then - all you need to do is log off for 5 minutes

just seen two liberty navy camping beth station with two capitals within the NFZ. Personally its not work zoners partaking this event because there are much easier and profitable routes besides carrying contraband is just silly.

Yeah I guess that's kind of the issue - Zoners don't have a reason to care about this event really. And to make easy profits you need some shenanigans sadly.
