Yes but it's so typical of the contrarians here, still pushing the rotten attitude of "if I don't/can't do it, you shouldn't either" that is hardly words of wisdom. Many come here for stuff like POB's. At least something keeps this place alive. Obviously they saw that quite a few bases were moved and didn't know they were exceptions to the rule. I suppose they could have asked the rules clarification thread
