Contract completion details can be communicated upon start/end of patrols, upon delivery of special cargos, and upon other contract specific details. Even partial contract details will be accepted in some contracts where such details may still be useful to third parties.
Payments will be made directly to the reporting ship, after confirming delivery of cargo or convoy escort with specified vessels.
