Your feedback is noted. The frequent MDs by one person are simply amazing in my book and is how HC should operate normally.
1) People get to see themselves after encounters - gives people a reason to log against us as they have a presence on forums quickly afterward.
2) HC members should lead by example. Posts like these are what we want to see from our members, they are both of high quality and quantity. I myself feel "pressure" to post MDs seeing that, where many other factions message dumps are either extremely quiet or not used at all.
3) This is simply it - when someone logs and likes to record what they do on forums, they will appear near the top. It's normal number two logger in time and by a massive margin number one player on the server in log time that does also forum RP will post frequently - they just do a standard frequency of post per log time, they just happen to log a ton.
I don't speak for other HC members, but I love it, love that it's in our MDs and not somewhere else, and frankly, would like to see the same thing from people I encounter on other factions - it's just very cool when you use your valuable time to log an ancient game few people play, interact with someone and then they take the time to write about it and mention you and your efforts. If it's of no interest to people, don't read it - but when someone MDs about me it makes my day a little better, even if I'm the only person that cares. Message Dump is the term after all, this is exactly where these posts belong to, and Trau's posts leave me both incredibly grateful and impressed!
I'm not saying they're bad. It's just extremely awkward to look at the message dump and see important reports that affect not only a single character thrown in between daily reports about flying to [Rheinland System] and doing whatever usual stuff your average pilot does. That's why I suggested grouping up the "normal" encounters and/or patrols into a single post at the end of the week or month.

All of the last 2 pages talking about something - there's really no fluff, and I don't really see a problem with it. Message Dumps traditionally tell you what happened when they were on. Maybe it's "awkward" to you. To everyone else, we get to see what they've done, maybe get interested and possibly inspire other faction members to log.
The only thing that is bad is the damn font choice.

Looks like some of us brought that stuff up already in the past - I never noticed - I don't have to tell ya this font has a very long tradition in [RM] so it might take some time if/when we roll out a new one - we need a uniform font for everyone - you helped to bring that up though, thank you
Verdana is the best font choice for body text. Consolas is good for various decorative stuff like transmission open/closed, recipient, sender, subject, etc.
Its actually good to see the RM being active after all those years. I dont see whats so wrong about one person writing so much in the MD. Such person is a gift for the faction and the server as whole
Btw, I see that youre still using the original RM signatures, havent you though about contacting the previous leadership to get the original file for it so you can use them in the proper manner like they were before? Or at least edit them for your new ranks? Because its kinda annoying seeing the blank one or silly edited
I am currently editing the Signatures to adapt them to the current rank insignias, if you take a look at Karl Heinz‘ signatures or Mechthild Herzsprung‘s signature, you will notice they are already up to date
