special equipment vendor conneticut - cant sell items

Greetings, i have a cruiser turret for 300 mill that i cant sell to the base.
I get a text message saying something about "err base cannot accept goods, stock is full"

What does that mean? Are you not supose to be able to sell special equipment at this special equipment base or are you only alowed to buy them?
Or is it a thing you can help me with.

I got the turret from tediouse surviving in countless battle zone fights. I think im worth the credits

It is only set up to sell items.

If you want to sell your item, you will probably find a buyer on the Forums, but you won't get anywhere near the 300 million it is sold for.
