I will say it for better systems developing and seeing what you really try about it ...
But I have done some "Developing" ...

But still by systems, is not fitted as
"Removed systems | Removed content"
Seeing the list or maybe I am seeing it wrong ...
Omega many system become a fewer system ??? tau 61 become tau 31 ??? (same as Virginia and Alaska)
What it cost me a lot is, Galia passed from Galia to some kind of Taus instead ...
Are that DATA actually correct? because it don't seem to be likely ...
Removing all the way to 30 systems in amount and leaving sirius (which by definition should be systems) with no systems...
With all due respect, who was the "Stupid" who did calculations?
Chaging that way system or bases while all of the connections are moving to become the open ones ...
Big system should stay high and open while smaller system should get less exits
I really don't wanna try the "New Content" because only seeing it i belive to where is that going ...

Unless the "Formula is actually bad sided i don't belive Excalibur will miss the data ... according to what you @Sombs actually are writing ...
As less systems less bases ... and as far I always belived, less systems isn't always meant to keep the player of the discovery to more common rp

The New and Improved Sigmas

A new feature of the patch is the redesign of Rheinland into a gas-filled sector. Players will have an opportunity to explore gas fields, encounter GMG patrols, and find the lost battleship, rumored to be hidden in the Sigma-69 system. Who knows? Rumor has it that governor Tip's is keeping the system free from any possible intruders from taking his lovely hat.
