Nate Penguine, Alex Connor, Miguel Diaz, Libby Harrison, Natasha Kudo, Knight Black, Bill Curtis are hereby granted the PEGASUS WINGS from the Pegasus division for assisting successfully to a Pegasus convoy that got challenged by many enemies.
Lilith Cydeae is the newest Cadet of the First Armada. All Officers are expected to give her full support and guidance while she makes her first steps into the fray.
In a first-time occurrence, she is joined by her husband, who has had stellar results in the West Point Academy:
Luke Cydaea is the newest Ensign of the First Armada.

You are a leader, taking charge of Taskforce Dallas, and founding the impressively popular Havoc MKII only squadron, Viper, it is a very easy decision to grant you the rank of Lieutenant of the First Armada! You may now decide to bring in recruits and cadets, design your own awards and continue on your trajectory of a leader.

Miguel Diaz has been very active, learning the basics and has been with us for a while. they have earned the Crewman and to ENSIGN ranks of the First Armada!

Furthermore, Ensign Victor Callotis has not only faced a Nomad Horde, but has shown an incredible gunnery performance by sniping one of the aliens. He earned the Heart of a Lion and Sniper awards.
Captain Libby Harrison. We have been reviewing your progress since your last promotion. You have recruited new Cadets and Crewmen, continue to lead missions, and train up new officers. But what really made you stand out is your empowerment of other officers, supporting their initiative as you have shown in mentoring Knight Black during their Viper Squadron inception. You find the time to do all that while being very active in your regular patrolling duties. You are hereby promoted to the rank of Commodore of the First Armada, and have become in effect the second in command of our entire project, with all opportunities and duties this role entails.
Crewman Nate Penguine has not only been actively engaging in combat, teaching his fellow officers what he has learned at the Academy but has shown great initiative with the experimental carrier technology we will be deploying shortly. He has more than earned a promotion to ENSIGN of the First Armada.
