So, basicaly, you have bought a barge, powetraded in it to grind even more money, and now when that's no longer viable you want your money back? So you basically enjoyed the Barge's benefits for free? Nah. Don't think so.

One thing which seems to be in everyone's head is the false information that the ship was a power trader above the means of a 5k ship.

It was 7x slower than a 5k ship, ergo, slower for earning cash.

Next, it carries six times the risk as you had to haul 6x more, 6x the cost.

This had been proven before.

I understand your feelings about it, its fine if you dont know what its really about.
I got only the idea about the cashback (not the whole 15 bil of cause) to maybe help our Devs to solve that problem of balance.

@Chenzo- trying to silence people from voicing their opinion because they don't have Barge would be the same as prohibiting all citizens to vote in democratic nation because that citizen is not politician. There have been many changes to Discovery and staff occasionally offer refunds or you have to go to them on your own to ask for it. Have you tried that, if you are not satisfied?

Also, don't speak for all Barge users, I doubt that every single one of them agrees with your personal opinion.

This is something that only very select few Barge owners tend to disagree on, and funnily enough, it is exactly those people that wish to get a refund now. There's been routes in the game that could make you well above 250 million an hour on a Barge without much effort, such as Alien Organisms, and I've seen people (ab)use them on a Barge. I don't believe a refund should be given, at least in full, simply because the ship was never meant to be better than a normal transport, it just happened to be so and now got balanced accordingly. If it is too bad, it will be looked at and revisisted by the balance and economy teams, but people seemingly have the weird expectation that their 15 billion credit ship should also make 15 billion credits back in the same time that you pay off a transport that you have purchased. It's just not going to happen.

Its totally fine If when there will be Something Like a buy back Option when Its about 70% more or less of the price before.
I think you cant complain barge Pilots with normal Traders, Its a quite specific Type of Player who really invest Tons of time so the Made Cash from before Patch wasnt that *easy* AS some are Here trying to Tell.
